Opening my eyes as the rays of sunshine slushed against my face, heating up parts of my skin. I slowly began to lean forward lifting my torso from the bed.
"Another day." I thought to myself. Dragging my arm across the double bed to the broken but still working controller, I picked it up aiming it towards the 37" Tv turning it on with with ease. Swinging my legs from the bed. I'd slip my soft-fabric like slippers on, with the matching dressing gound. Making my way to the top of the landing, I quickly smelt the sweet scent of sizzling bacon. Rushing doen the carpet filled stairs, bacon the only thing on my mind.
"Kirsty breakfast is ready!" My mother called up to me. Not realising i was stood behind her,
"Boo!!" I chuckled whilst whisperig into my mothers ear ear watching her jump back.
