Another tale, another dream, another place, and another...time?
The place where I stood was in the middle of a castle, surrounded by greenery and flowers I have never seen before.
It was like I transported through time, this didn't look like a movie play at all. It looked very, very real.
People were wearing fancy, yet ancient clothes, women had chopsticks going through their neatly done hairstyle, which was a perfect bun. No hair not in place.
There were eunuchs running around, doing work as they were told. Servants bowing to their masters out of respect, some of them even getting yelled at.
I should probably get going before someone actually notices me, right?
But where is he?
Fastening my steps, I gently lifted up my own hanbok and quickly went up the stairs near the entrance of the castle.
This dream was more chill, but just seeing the endless corridors of the castle made me anxious and afraid of getting lost. Who knows how long am I stuck here?
Trying to keep my cool and not raise any suspicions, I opened some big door, that screamed danger.
I just wanted to get out, and the only way to wake up is to be near danger. You never die in your own dreams, right?
But the door gave me false hope, because it only lead to a big room, probably for balls and celebrations. The massive chandelier gave it away.
However, at the end of the huge ball room, there layed two bodies. Both on their back, creepily emotionless.
I just hoped that they weren't dead, but gazing at the cealing, maybe?
Fastening my steps, I went towards the two people only to find out that they were actually, dead.
Letting out a gasp, I saw a lifeless, sweet looking girl that looked exactly like my new friend, Jeonghwa and a man, his face completely blurred, besides the jet black hair.
"Jeonghwa.." I whispered, leaning down to check her pulse, even though it was very obvious that she wasn't breathing.
Her neck was bloody, the hanbok soaking up the red substance and spreading it everywhere. It still looked fresh, and no doubt it was a vampire's doing.
"Hello there, beautiful" A deep voice echoed through every space in the ballroom, making me shiver at how well I recognized it.
"Taehyung?" I slowly turned on my heel, being greeted by the one and only, but he looked so different.
His eyes were full of evil, his own hanbok splashed with deep red blood, cheeks tinted with none other than fresh, trickling red human substance.
"You know me, sweetheart? Well, that isn't a surprise at all. But I want to know you, you brave little thing" His lips turned into the most devilish smirk, one I haven't seen before.
He was so creepy, as if he didn't hold any feelings anymore.
Kim Taehyung said he was once a king, so why would he kill his own people?
"Don't be so shy, especially coming here, were you searching for me, sweetie?" His voice was laced with venom, more intimidating than ever.
"Yah, Kim Taehyung, c-cut it out. This isn't you," I somehow got the courage to speak.
At first, he looked taken back, but the smirk came back and took over his lips.
"Even if someone has taken my place as king, well, not anymore, no one should speak to me like that. Do you even know what's going to happen next?" He glided a step closer.
