Now we were sitting on the couch watching TV when Chris suddenly turned it off and turned to me.

"Sing that song." He said suddenly.

"You're not gunna stop bugging, are you?" I asked, smiling.

"Not until you sing it."

"Fine,

She's watching taxi driver, he pulls away,

She's been locked up inside her apartment

A hundred days

She says

"Yeah he's still coming just a little bit late

He got stuck at the laundromat washing his

Cape," she's just watching the clouds roll by

And they spell her name,

Like Louis Lane and she smiles.

Woah the way she smiles

She's talking to angels, counting the stars

Making a wish on a passing car

Dancing with strangers falling apart

Waiting for superman to pick her up

In his arms yeah, in his arms yeah

She's waiting for superman

She's sat at the corner trying to catch a

glimpse, nothings making sense

She's been chasing an answer a sign lost

In the abyss, this metropolis

Still she smiles, oh, the way she smiles, yeah

She's talking to angels counting the stars

Making a wish on a passing car

She's dancing with strangers falling apart

Waiting for superman to pick her up

In his arms yeah, in his arms yeah

She's waiting for superman to lift her up

And take her anywhere

Show her love

And flying through the air

Save her now

Before it's too late tonight

She's waiting for superman."

I decided to end the song there, so I don't bore him too much. He just sat there, staring at me looking shocked.

"Really that bad huh? See, I told you!" I said, laughing.

"No! That- that was amazing!" He said, smiling. "You can sing, you can cook, you can dance, you can act, and you can kiss!? Could you get any more perfect?"

"I can kiss? Huh, good to know." I said, jokingly.

"Yeah, see?" he asked. Before I could answer, his lips were pressed against mine. Our lips moved in sync as things got more heated. I was now lying on the couch with Chris on top of me. He reached down to pull my shirt off but I pulled away and grabbed his hands.

"Chris, I'm not ready for that stuff yet. Sorry." I said, not wanting to hurt his feelings.

"No, you don't need to be sorry, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have let it gone that far." He said, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"It's fine, really. So, anyway, when's my audition?" I said changing the subject.

"Next week. You should get part of the script tomorrow."

"Cool! I love you so much, Chris. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have gotten this part, and I wouldn't have an amazing boyfriend like you." I said, wrapping my arms around his chest.

"I love you, Trisha. And I promise, I'll be your Superman."
