The silence was almost unbearable.
Sammi fell onto her bed, tears forming in her green eyes. Her dark red hair falling out of her bun. James, her boyfriend had just broken up with her.
The night blue sky slowly overcame the salmon pink clouds as the night progressed, stars forming in the fresh sky.
Time seemed to slow to a halt as the night passed. Frozen tears streamed down her pale cheeks. Forcing her face further into the pillow, she slipped into a deep slumber.
