"Brendon do you like me?"Tyler asked suddenly, In the middle of a conversation. "I don't think you do but I think josh thinks you do so maybe if we clear it up for him you guys can be friends!"
"If I'm 100% honest, yeah you're so cute but I'm not like, wanting to date you, you know? Plus it's obvious you and josh are in love with each other" Brendon didn't hate josh, no way. He was pretty likable. "But i do think he's taking things for granted,, he has a pretty big ego is what I'm trying to say and I'm trying to bring him back down from the clouds, at least I think"
Tyler didn't say anything. It was true. Josh had his moments, but he wasn't selfish. "Why do you say that?"
"Well you and him aren't my business but just be careful... just because he loves you doesn't mean he won't hurt you." Brendon felt small when Tyler laughed,"Yeah right, josh would never"
"I guess" Brendon sighed as he turned the volume up on his radio. He wasn't going to try to sabotage josh over something he didn't understand, josh probably had his reasons for lying to Tyler about that football meeting, he wasn't sure why he cared so much but he did, he didn't have a crush on Tyler. Maybe he just didn't want to see someone hurt like he'd hurt someone before .

"So what color are you thinking?, I'm thinking red or maroon. It would compliment both out skin colors"
Brendon nodded "yeah that's cool, whatever you want. I don't care."
The two boys were currently shopping at a quite stylish-fancy store, tuxedos, dresses, anything for special event.
Ashley had no specific theme. The only point was to match, at least in colors. Tyler had no idea what people would dress like, Fancy?, casual? Who knew?
He wanted to go for something more comfortable because of the "activities" Ashley mentioned.
What had debby and josh picked? Tyler felt stupid for wondering but he couldn't help it. Him and josh probably already had matching clothes they would have been perfect parters.
Tyler looked through some nice rompers, I few nice but comfy looking dresses, yet everything looked quite to0... extravagant.
"Uhh Brendon are you sure we should get stuff from here? Everything is too.... too much?"
"Go big or go home" Brendon said simply as he looked through many tuxedos. Tyler didn't argue. After all this would be a good occasion to wear a dress. Tyler didn't have much self confidence if he was being quite honest. He only wore skirt when he felt like he could pull it off. For some reason he felt as if a dress was something more difficult to wear in front of people, everyone always said he looked good in skirts, and he did, but he was so insecure it would take hours of contemplation before he had the courage to even leave his room.
So go big he did, choosing a red (maroon i guess?) dress, it was beautiful. As for Brendon he went with s suit, he too looked beautiful.
Both boys tried on their chosen item, coming out of the dressing room at the same time.
"Wow" they both said as they started at the other, Brendon obviously being more awestruck.
"Tyler you're beautiful." Brendon said, still in awe.
Tyler only gave him as shy smile, swatting his hand in Brendon's direction.
"No seriously dude you look great. Josh is one lucky dude." Tyler smiled wider at that. Of course. And suddenly Brendon was jealous of josh. Not because he wanted Tyler, but because he wanted the love Tyler had for josh. Brendon hoped one day someone could love him like Tyler did josh.
"Thanks Bren, we gotta get going though, you ready?"
"Mhm"

"I'm telling you ash. It's the prettiest thing ever! I'm so glad I listened to him on going big, I can't wait" Tyler was on the phone with Ashley gushing over the dress he had chosen. He had gotten home a couple of minutes ago but sat outside a while he talked to Ashley.
"Ty I promise you I'm so happy for you but I have to go! Party planning doesn't do itself" Ashley yelled as she hung up, not giving Tyler time to reply.
He sighed as he finally went inside, he jumped when he heard josh, who was sitting on the couch wrapped in blankets. "Come here baby"
Tyler giggled as he put his bags down, including the one containing the dress, which he set down too delicately.
Tyler instantly melted against josh, sighing in content. "Why you here boo"
Josh chucked "I wanted to see an angel." Tyler blushed and jokingly pushed him. "I actually feel like we haven't hung out a lot recently and I just miss you all the time and I want to be with you all the time" he blushed as he spoke. Tyler wanted to punch him in the face at that moment because being that cute should be illegal.
"Mm I want to be with you all the time too,,but I'm hungry and you're a great cook so why don't you work your magic" Tyler looked at him innocently because knowing josh he'd be too lazy to. Josh sighed a small 'only for you' and he walked to the kitchen.
Tyler quickly got the dress hoping josh hadn't seen it, he'd get curious and it was a surprise.
And who even knew if he's wear it the party wasn't until the next week, he decided he had enough time to debate is he'd actually wear it.
After hiding the dress far back in his closet he ran down stairs watching curiously as josh cooked.
"Hey so what are you and debby wearing to Ashley's party?"Tyler asked trying to make it rather casual but obviously failing.
"Oh you know something comfortable. T-shirt, jeans, hat. What about you and Urie"
Comfortable? What if everyone did comfortable? What if everyone went all comfortable and Brendon and him looked stupid.
"Oh you know, same stuff super casual And comfy"
Josh smiled at Tyler "lucky you. You can pull off anything I'm sure you'll look great"
"Okay, hottie" Tyler giggled as josh fed him what he had cooked
"Bet you won't be saying that when I'm old and wrinkly"
Josh chuckled as he continued to feed Tyler, for no particular reason. "Tyler you could so pull off being old and wrinkly" he smiled even harder when Tyler nearly spit out his food .
"I'm glad you think so, i hope it's true. For your sake. No way you're getting rid of me" Tyler said looking at josh with nothing but love and adoration.
