We had shivanya and ritik in starting but as ritik's mother was shivanya's mother killer she had to kill yamini the mother of ritik. Story continued in season2 where shivanya gave birth to a baby girl named shivangi which was the daughter of ritik and shivanya and had to saw her mother died in front of her eyes. And soon she became naagin and took revenge of her mother. After killing last victim she was also killed by his love and father. It is not known why se was killed yet.. And a ner story with another season begans in season 3 where the scenario was completely changed and the lead roles are bela as she was ruhi. Vishakha . And Mahir . The revenge saga begins... when vikrant the lover of ruhi ruhi is bela and vikrant was killed by some youths.
