Prologue
Jim ran as a psycho man chased after him with a knife, his breathing quickend faster and faster. He was thinking through his life what he could have done better. The man tackled him and held the knife to his neck. Jim's last thought's were of his wife Harper. She would surely miss him. His final words were "I love you, Harper." He took his final breath. His murderer smiled sickly and watched the life drain out of his eyes.
Harper's POV
I was waiting in the living room with a coffee in my hands, Jim isn't home yet. He should have been home an hour ago. I heard the front door bell ring, and I got up to get it. I ran through the narrow hall and to the door. I opened it slowly and saw a police officer.
"Ma'am your husband Jim Mitchell has been murdered." He said as I fell into darkness.
