Ginny's POV

I hand my bag to Harry, who is complaining about holding the three bags we are bringing to my brothers. I am holding both of the squirming boys, who both would rather be doing almost anything other than meeting their aunt and uncle. We were going to drop Teddy off at Andromedas, but she had just left for Ireland to meet some of her family.
Teddy has been concentrating on changing the color of his hair to match mine, and honestly, its just scary how close he gets. We could add some freckles and he would be a Weasley kid. He loses concentration when I set him down, and his hair turns back to it's normal brown-almost-black color. Even without him trying to change his hair color he looks surprisingly like Harry. He looks up at me with his chocolatey brown eyes and my heart melts a little.
Teddy guides himself to a standing position and tugs on my shirt. "Uppy!" He holds his arms out so I can pick him up.
"My arm is tired, you're getting too big! When we leave I bet Aunt Hermione will carry you, though." He looks at me with puppy dog eyes, trying to get me to bend to his will. It works.
"Gin, I think these boys are making you go soft." I shoot him a glare.
Behind me, the doorbell rings and I peek through the window, and there's my brother and Hermione, both with suitcases. I struggle to open the door, and Harry makes it no easier. Eventually I just yell, 'It's open' to them, so they can let themselves in. Upon opening the door, Hermione drops her suitcase and rushes over me to fawn over James.
"Wha 'bout me!?" Squeals Teddy, wanting some attention. Hermione takes him from my arms and smothers him with kisses. She absolutely loves the boys, she's almost like my mother when it comes to babies.
"Teddy, show Aunt Hermione what you did just a minute ago." I give Hermione a look that says, watch this. Teddy's face scrunches up in concentration, and his hair turns a flaming red. He looks at Hermione smiling, and Hermione smiles back, a bit shocked, and ruffles his newly red hair. He then looks at me, and I notice that his eyes changed too. They're vibrant emerald green, exactly the same color as Harry's.

Harry's POV

We get in the shuttle that will take us to the muggle airport, because that will most likely reporters and press will not be there. Ginny and Hermione sit in the far back with the boys, and Ron and I sit a row ahead of them. I sneak glances back at Teddy every once and a while, only to see that his hair is still red. I'm not sure when it will change back, but this time he catches me looking and meets my eyes. I am shocked, but force a smile and turn back to the front.
"They're green," I whisper to Ron. "Teddy's eyes, they're green. Exactly like mine." Ron takes a second to process this.
"Seriously?" I nod. "Are they going to change back soon? If they don't, Bill's gonna get the wrong idea, and he won't be happy. I don't think he even knows you're looking after Teddy, he just assumes Andromeda is his guardian." I mentally shudder at the thought of Bill being angry at me or Ginny.
Later, as we board the plane, Teddy's hair and eyes are still the same color. They better change back before we get to Bills, or anyone from The Prophet sees this.

Ginny's POV

We boat the plane, Hermione, Teddy, James and I all sit in one row, since the plane has a few rows with four seats instead of three. Hermione shows me how to buckle the boys in and explains how the plane stays in the air without magic. I don't understand even a little bit after, but she says its a safer form of transport than flying on a broom. Good enough for me I guess, if muggles do this every day without being scared to death.
The best thing about this, even if the takeoff makes my ears pop, is watching Harry and Ron gasp as they look out the window, like little kids. Some older muggles chuckle at them, and Harry pretends he wasn't doing anything, while my brothers ears and face turn bright red. Inside I feel exactly like they are acting, and I'm pretty sure Hermione does too, but we're just a bit more mature than them. Maybe more than a bit.
The flight goes fairly well, other than some rude comments and glares. The people in front of us apparently think that it's a grave sin to have a child at my age. I'm not saying it's right either, but I'm not leaving my baby out on the street or putting him up for adoption to some muggle stranger. James actually sleeps the whole time, since it's only an hour flight, and once we're up in the air, Hermione let's Teddy sit on her lap and look out the window.
Harry exchanges some glances with me when the flight attendant asks if Teddy and James are my kids. I politely tell her that it's none of her business and turn away, because I am so close to whipping my wand out and hexing her. After we land, we stop at a diner at grab some sandwiches, during which James wakes up and starts to cry.
"Great," I put his pacifier in his mouth so he'll quiet down, then with a knowing glance at Harry, head to the bathroom. I quickly heat up a bottle with my wand, and he slurps it greedily. I swear if he didn't look like a Potter, this kid would be all Weasley, with his temper and everything.
"Do you even know how much trouble your causing me mister?" I say, taking the bottle away. He just gurgles at me. I shove the bottle in the bag and give him his pacifier and bunny rabbit that he wasn't allowed to have on the flight. I find it adorable that he has a little pink bunny, but Harry says we should get him a different one that's a different color and doesn't have a bow. Yes, we bought our son a pink bunny with a bow, but he saw it at the store and refused to leave without it.
I head back into the diner, joining everyone at the table. Harry hands me a sandwich, which I chow down on greedily. I see where James gets it. Teddy is munching happily on little pieces of sandwich that Harry has cut up for him. I ruffle his hair and remind him to chew his food all the way before sitting down.
Harry laughs. "I swear you're going soft, Gin. What have these boys done to you?" I roll my eyes.
"Just cause I'm nice to them doesn't mean I'll be the same to you." I take another bite of sandwich, then begin talking with Hermione. I feel a tug on my sleeve and look down at Teddy.
"Chew er foo all da way Ni-nee!" I smile at him and give him a kiss on the forehead.
"Thank you, Teddy. You're such a good boy, you know that?" He smiles happily and his bright red hair changes to a shocking yellow. His eyes stay the same green, but maybe his hair will be normal once it changes back.
I notice some of the muggles shocked looks at Teddy's hair, and quickly scoop him into my lap where they can't see him.
"Teddy, can you change you're hair back? The muggles don't like it when we do magic because they don't understand. After we leave you can change it all you want." He nods and let's his hair change back. I suppress a frown when it changes back to red. Later I'm going to talk to him about it. I wonder what's going on in that little boy's head to make him think he wants red hair and green eyes.
