Not a chapter. So I found a really old Dell computer in my basement. Like, really old. I had to tighten a few wired and stuff and tape the cord bc of mice chewing on the cables, but I got the computer part working, however, the monitor refuses to turn on... Any people good at mechanics or engineering, got any advice?

Edit #2: Don't have a mouse for it... It's incredibly difficult, often impossible to use a computer without a mouse. I have a Bluetooth mouse, but this doesn't have bluetooth. UGH.
