I pushed him away.
"Brandon- -" I exclaimed.I felt bad for what was going to come out of my mouth but I couldn't hold it back.
"Ally its ok... you have time to think about it don't feel pressured. Just, please think about it" he said as he leaned in for a kiss.
"Brandon no..." I said.
"Sorry I didn't mean to it just-" he tried to make things better but it wasn't helping.
"No Brandon... I mean that I can't be yours. I have my mind set on something and someone else. Maybe someday I will want to be yours but not right now..." I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair, "Im sorry".
He stood there very still, very, sad... until he spoke.

I could tell his eyes were following me as I walked to class.

I couldn't stop thinking about what had just happened... let alone that Brandon would always be surrounded by girls because they knew he was single. I would be reminded of what Miles would have to go through just like Brandon, that is until he started dating Amy.

But it's fine... its not like I'm jealous now that I rejected my Best Friend because I just developed feeling for him?! No..... hehe. I just don't know what to do at this point. Miles or Brandon? "Excuse me" he said. Finally they let him through and he came to me.

He looked confused.
"Oh um hey" I said. He grabbed a chair and sat on it.
"Have you thought about it?" He asked. I had completely forgot that I never answered him.
"Brandon I need more time... how about I answer you tomorrow at the end of the day?" I said kindly.
"Sure take you're time no rush... as I said I will wait whatever time it takes, I did already wait 3 years" he smirked.
"Jerk..." I giggled. I took his hand, "Thanks" I smiled. He blushed. Everything seemed right... until Miles walked in. He paced towards me and I let go of Brandon's hand.
"Miles whats wrong?" I asked. He looked sorry.
"I - - I broke up with Amy" he responded.
