The Arrival

Angel's POV

"Mystic Falls"

As I drive past the town sign I can’t help but feel like I know this place. But the thing is that I have never been here before. I’m on my way to my cousin’s house, her name is bonnie Bennett. She lives alone because our grandmother died. I hope she accepts me into her home and her life not only as family, but as a witch. I drive through the small town and all the townspeople stare at the newcomer. I finally get to the house and there is no car in the driveway. So I pull out my cell and dial Bonnie’s number, after the third ring she answers.

“Hello?” –B

“Hey bonnie, its angel” –A

“Oh hey angel, how are you?” –B

“I’m good, I’m actually at your house right now” –A

“Oh I’m sorry I forgot today your were coming in, but you can come hang out at the grill with me and my friends” –B

“Um maybe tomorrow, I’m just really tired from the drive” –A

“Ok that’s fine, I actually keep a spare key under the plant by the door” –B

“Ok thanks, I’m going to shower and which room will be mine?” –A

“The second room to the right side of the stairs” –B

“Ok thank you, see you in the morning” –A

“Ok see you then, have a good night” –B

I hung up and found the spare key and went inside. I went in search for my room upstairs. My room was pretty big and it had its own bathroom. I unpacked then got in the shower and spent almost an hour in there. I got out, got dressed and crawled into bed. I quickly fell into a dreamless sleep.
