Chapter 14. Exodus

On the day that Boone died, Claire had her son, Aaron, hes a beautiful baby boy, he doesn't deserve to be raised on this island.

The french woman came to tell us that the "others" we're coming to attack and that we have three choices: run, hide, or fight. I come up with the idea that we blow up the hatch and everybody just hides in there. Thats what everybody will do, while we go on the raft.

I wasn't to keen about with raft, I have no life off this island why would I leave?

Sawyer promised I would have a better life, no more running, no more abusive parents, that he would protect me.

Its time to leave and I hug Kate, Jack, and Hurley goodbye.

Its been a while, when Walt see a dot on the transmitter indicating that theres a boat nearby. After minutes of arguing, we decide to set off a flare.

The boat comes into eyesight everyone is exited, but I have a bad feeling about it, and my gut feelings are never wrong.

The boat show up this is one tiny boat for the open waters.

"Whats going on? What are you folks doing this far out here?" The guy on the boat ask

"We were on a plane crash, we were on an island for a month man" Micheal says

"Plane crash huh, well how about that"

"We were on an island, flight 815" Micheal says

"Hey well its a good thing we found you"

That feeling in my gut still hasn't gone away, I can't shake the feeling this guy is bad news.

"Yea, well we survived and theres a whols group of other survivors on the island"

"Well ain't that so"

"Only the thing is we are going to have to take the boy and the girl"

My gut is never wrong, why do they want with Walt and I? doesn't matter I'm not going down without a fight.

"What you say?" Micheal ask

"The boy and girl we are gonna have to take them"

Sawyer looks pissed he reaches for his gun, bad move, they turn off the light and Sawyer goes to shoot but they shoot him first and he falls in the water.

"Sawyer!" Jin and I scream and the same time.

Jin jumps into the water to save Sawyer.

One guy grabs Walt, unlucky for him in this situation he can't fight.

The guy who tries to grab me I elbow I'm in the gut making him stumble backwards. From what I've learned in fighting it doesn't matter your size, just if your smart enough to use their weight against them.

I kick him in the head knocking him down. I grabe the gun Sawyer dropped and shoot him the head without hesitating.

In the mean time Walt is screaming for is father and Michael is screaming. Micheal tries to pull Walt away from them, they end up beating him up and throwing him into the water.

I point my gun at the guy whos holding Walt. I'm playing a risky game but I like risks.

I guy who who shot Sawyer points his gun at me.

Their bluffing.

They wouldn't try to kidnap me, just to shoot me.

"I call your bluff"

And I shoot the guy who shot Sawyer in the head.

The guy who is holding Walt says to me "Your smart Hayley you knew we wouldn't kill you, your to important."

They drive away, while Micheal is in the water screaming "Walt!"

How the hell does he know my name?
What does he mean by important?

The raft is now broken, Jin is gone, Micheal, Sawyer, and I are now on this tiny section that broke off. Micheal is still screaming for his son.

Micheal stops screaming and I almost forgot about Sawyers wound.

"Hey Sawyer let me see that"

I take a closer look at it.

"Your lucky the bullet went through, I would stitch it up but I have nothing for now keep pressure on it to stop the bleeding"

"Thanks shorty"

"Hayley" Micheal says trying to get my attention

"Yes?"

"How do you know all this stuff and how did you just kill those two guys?"

"I rather not talk about it"

"yea, but-"

Sawyer cut Micheal off by saying "She sais she doesn't want to talk about so leave it alone Mike"

The part of the raft that we were staying on broke in to two pieces so its Sawyer and I on one and Michael on the other.

"Sawyer"

"hmm?"

"Before they drove away, the guy said something werid"

"What did he say?"

"Well first he knew my name and then he said that they would never kill me because I was too important"

"I have no clue what to tell you, thats really werid"

By the time the sun comes up we make to the beach, we see Jin running out of the forrest. Hes trying to tell us something.
