Stolen Hearts

"Can't we just stay here?" I asked.

"But Jake and Will want to meet up at the park. They said that they want us to meet their new friend." Christina said excitedly.

"Ugh. Im not in the mood to do anything." I said.

"Oh come on! Please!! For me! I know you saw Alex and Savannah kissing, but that doesn't mean he is cheating on you. He could be giving her mouth to mouth. So please come!! " She whined.

"He is cheating on me. And I know it! And I just want to stay home and sulk!"

"You have to move on! Show him that you are strong enough to move on. So... You coming?"

"Yea... I guess."

Christina started the car and so we headed to the park. When we got there, we saw Will and Jake sitting at a picnic table.

"Hey guys. Where's your friend?" Asked Christina.

"Oh. He'll be here in a sec." Said Jake.

"You'll like him. He's an awesome guy."

"Yea. whatever." I said carelessly.

We were all talking and then all of a sudden they stop.

"Yo Ridge! Over here!" Yelled Jake

"Hey guys!"

No. That voice. That name. It can't be! No. No. No. No. I turn around and see...

My old friend Ridge...

I really hope he doesn't notice me.

"Dawn? Is that you!?" Ridge said amazed.

I spoke too soon.

"Uh. Hey...Ridge..." I awkwardly said

"Wow Dawn, you look amazing! I haven't seen you in so long! I missed you..."

Did he just say that he MISSED ME!?

No

Ugh, i don't even care.

"Oh umm thanks..." I replied.

I turned to Christina, trying to give her the look that i don't want to talk to him anymore.

"Umm guys, we're just going to go to the washroom. Be right back" said Christina

When we reached the bathroom she yelled

"What the hell was that?!"

"What?" I said back.

"He likes you!!

"No he doesn't! He just came and you think he likes me?! Hah. I don't think so" I said

"Okay. Whatever you say..." She said weirdly...

"I'm telling you, he DOES NOT like me!" I said

We headed back to the park. When we got there, Ridge was the only one staring and Jake and Will were talking.

Then i got a text.

Alex: Hey. Are you okay?

I read the text, but i didn't reply. Why would I anyways.

"Hey cutie, come sit beside me" said Ridge

"Hah. I don't think so." I replied

"So... What are we going to do now?" Asked Christina.
