I just got back from my release party for my new album "would you still be there?" at this dope lounge in Cali. Im headed out with my home boys to AppleBees to get something to eat before we head back to the apartment. I see this girl as we start to park, and im in a daze. She's so beautiful. Her body slim and a little thick, her smile electric, her style is dope, and her hair curly and two toned. As i get out we make eye contact and she smiles at me kinda blushing. I wonder if she knows who i am or not. I walk in with the boys and we found a seat at a booth near one of the windows. We joke around and laugh till the waiter comes to get take our order.

Waiter: And what can i get you guys today?

Me: Can i get the Classic Burger with a side of fries and a large sprite

Waiter: Will do...and you?

The others give their orders. Then i see her again. She ends up getting a spot right next to us. She was sitting with who i guess is her sister, they look like sisters. She looks my way and i bite my lip at her, she smiles and blushes. Her smile fills me up. I focus back on the boys as they talk nonsense about different stuff. They love to talk smack. But, im still thinking bout her, what her name us, what she likes, whats her sign, tons of things i want to know but i just dont know when to introduce myself.

Hours pass by and we get full off our food and start to head out
Cam: Aye K, that girl over there....y u chicken?

Me: Im not chicken...just waiting

Can: On what her to leave? Go shoot your shot bro the time us now she finna leave.

She gets up along with her guest and heads out. I hurry up and try to catch her before she leaves.

Me: Aye Yo wait up!

She turns around and looks at me

Her: Yes?

Me: Um..im Kalin

Her: Nice to meet you Kalin im Amina

Me: i just wanted to ask you if you would like to hang out sometime? I would love to get to know you.

Amina: Sure thing here ill give you my number

I hand her my phone and i watch as she puts her number in.

Amina: Here you go...ill see you later okay

Me: Okay

I watch as she walks to her car. She's a dime. I walk back into the restaurant and met up with the homies.

Myles: Boy got her number!

Me: yea now lets go ~laughs~

I got back to my hotel room. She was on my mind all night. I took out my phone and went to her number:

Seeing her name in my phone made me get butterflies. I finally got the courage to take the first move.

Me: Hey its Kalin

Amina💋: Oh hey wassup

Me: I couldnt help but think about you

Amina💋: Oh really😊

Me: Yea..I was wondering if you would want to go out sometime it'll be my treat😏

Amina💋: Sure why not. How does In & Out tm at 3 tomorrow sound?

Me: Sounds great ill come pick you up if you want

Amina💋: Sure. Ill send you the address

I cant believe that went as planned. She gave her address and we continued to talk all night. She's from Barbados and she loves beaches, her favorite color is purple, she loves dogs, zodiac sign is an Aries, the list goes on
