From Hero to Villain: A Descent Into Madness!

~Prologe~

My name is Akemi Shimura, orphaned girl. Sister of Tomura Shigaraki, an acting leader in The League of Villains. Granddaughter of Nana Shimura, an inspiring Hero! (And the number one Hero, All might's, mentor)

As you can see, I've always been split in what I want to be. A Villain like my brother, or a Hero like my grandmother.

I didn't realize it at first, but I would venture down both paths, Heroes and Villains.

I lived a good 5 years, my brother 8, before a fire took everything we loved and ripped it away from us.
Our dad didn't make it out alive. Our mother died not long after from smoke inhalation.

The cops took my brother, my last family and memory of a good life, away.
That was the last time I saw him for a long, long time.

I went from house to house, family to family, orphanage to orphanage, I never really found a place I could call home. Only staying in a place for a week, two at most, then running away to find my brother. I never got far before the cops brought me back.

I was about 9 years old when I was moved to America, and I finally found a family that I felt cared about me, who didn't mind helping me find my brother (without me running away), who cared about both my past and my future!

Now, where the next part starts I'm 11, grade 6, with me in an American high school.

Ok, so I'm new to story/ fanfic writing and Wattpad! So I might not be the best at writing or using Wattpad in general!
