Present Mic's voice rang out as he announced something, but (Y/N) barely heard it. She was more focused on why Todoroki wanted to talk to her and Midoriya.
"So... what did you want to talk about?" Midoriya broke the silence. When Todoroki showed no signs of responding, the male tried once more. "If we don't hurry, the cafeteria will probably be crowded..."
Yet the heterochromic male remained silent, only staring at the both of them without saying a word.
"You're wasting my time. If you're just going to stand there like a statue, I'm leaving." (Y/N) took a step forward, but was stopped when the boy in front of them suddenly talked.
"I was overpowered... So much that I broke my pledge." Todoroki finally spoke up.
(Y/N) made no response, nor did she move, waiting for the boy to continue.
She saw the boy glanced at her burned left arm before slightly shaking his head as he turned his gaze towards Midoriya.
"During the USJ incident, I was the only one who experienced All Might's full power up close."
"What... does that... mean?" Midoriya was confused at the heterochromic boy's statement.
"Midoriya... I felt something similar coming from you."
(Y/N) saw Midoriya tense up from beside her at those words. She resisted the urge to facepalm. 'Don't say something suspicious...'
"Midoriya, are you..." The serious face on Todoroki made the (H/C) haired girl bit the inside of her cheek.
'Did he figure it out...?'
"...All Might's secret love child or something?"
(Y/N) can't help but to snort at the question. "What kind of question is that?" She huffed in amusement as crossed her arms. She glanced at Midoriya who seems to be in a trance and didn't reply.
Todoroki shot her a glare before turning his attention back to the silent green haired male. "Well? Are you?"
"T-That's not it!" Midoriya stutters out and (Y/N)'s eyebrow twitched in slight annoyance. "Even if I was, I would say I wasn't, so I don't think you'd believe me, but anyway, that's not how it is..."
'So much for not being suspicious.'
"Since you said, that's not how it is, that means there's a connection between you two that you cannot talk about. And I've noticed the way (L/N) has been acting, and since you two seem to be close, she seems to be in on your secret too, right?" Midoriya averted his eyes at Todoroki's question while (Y/N) sported a small frown.
