It was already past midnight when Hoseok finally got home from his dance practice. He threw himself on the couch and stared at the wall, until the growl of his stomach interrupted him.

God... I haven't eaten anything since lunch time.

And it was not like Hoseok knew how to cook, or had any proper food in his apartment.

There was a food vendor he knew that stayed open a little longer than the other ones. It was just a few blocks down the road.

He put on his shoes, grabbed his phone and wallet, and soon enough he was on the way to his dinner.

The air was crisp and cool. It was a nice contrast to the warm, sunny day. There were barely any cars driving by, and it seemed like he was the only one walking around here at this time.

He walked quickly, as he was a little afraid of the dark alleys that he walked past. But soon enough, he arrived at the right alleyway.

The light of the food vendor shone so brightly, that it lit up the entire alley, which was beautiful in a way. Or maybe he was just very excited to get his food. Hoseok really loved street food, especially in Seoul.

He got closer and closer to the vendor. But there was someone else coming the opposite way...

The closer he got, the easier it was to describe the person's features.

It was a guy who was a little shorter than him. He wore all black. He had blonde hair and pale skin. His dark eyes were contrasting to his white face. His lips were also perfect. Not too small, not too big. Not too red, not too pale. He was quite attractive, Hoseok found.

The blonde looked up to Hoseok with an expressionless face. It seemed like by now, both of them had made it to the food vendor and were standing not far from another, facing each other.

Oh shit, did he catch me staring at him??

"What do you want?" The food vendor asked out of nowhere.

But the blonde boy wouldn't stop looking at him. Hm.. maybe it was a sign for Hoseok to order first.

He turned to the street vendor and looked him in the eyes, and was about to order. But instead of him ordering alone, both him and the blonde guy said almost in sync "One bowl of Tteokbokki".

This couldn't get more awkward... Hoseok thought.

"I'm sorry, I only have one portion left..." The vendor replied.

Shit.

He looked at the blonde and immediately said, "Hey, you can have it." Just so the awkward air would blow away faster.

But instead of this all ending quickly, the blonde replied with "It's ok, you take it."

Hoseok let out a sigh. He looked around to see if there was any other food around. But he knew there wasn't. The only other place was a convenient store, but it was a little far from here.

He looked at the blonde guy again.

He must be hungry like me, he thought.

"Hey," Hoseok started, "how about we share the portion?"

"No." The blonde replied right away with no emotion in his eyes.

Wow, how cold.

"Fine, you can take it, I'll find something else..." Hoseok quickly replied.

He turned around and was on his way out of the alleyway.

How stupid of me! Of course nobody would want to share food with a stranger...

He walked slowly, not quite knowing where he should go, now that the rude blonde guy stole his bowl of Tteokbokki.

He came all the way here for nothing.

He decided to head back home and eat some ramen.

But once he finally made up his mind, he felt a soft tap on his shoulder.

He turnedaround to see who it was.

It was the blonde guy looking at him, holding a half eaten bowl of Tteokbokki. "Take the rest." the blonde guy said to him in a quite and raspy voice moving the bowl towards Hoseok.

Hoseok just stared at him in confusion. How could he suddenly be nice to me? Or was he not able to finish the whole portion and is using me as a trash can?

"Did you not hear me? Take the rest." He repeated a little louder pushing the bowl into Hoseok's hands.

"Th-thank you..?" Hoseok replied. The blonde guy nodded slightly, turned around, and walked away.

Hoseok was stoned, due to the shock and confusion. He watched the blonde walk away from him, until he couldn't see him anymore.

There was something sweet about him, Hoseok thought, which made him smile a bit.
