CHAPTER 1 - Double Rainbow/Chloe's POV

I just can't believe it! Today is the day. The day I've been waiting for all my life. Everything is like so un-tragic and I can hardly breathe. My mom tells me to contain myself, but in reality I'm shaking. I NEVER SHAKE!

I went down to get dressed, today is my day off (for obvious reasons) so I should be able to camp out all day. Hmm, I (well I mean my mom) carefully put together my costume - Katy's dress from the Neon set of The Prismatic World Tour, complete with the green wig.

I took a selfie and uploaded it to twitter. This was unreal. Suddenly I checked my watch - 8:30am. The time Noah, my boy-best friend, was going to take me to McDonalds so we could get a McBreakfast before seeing Katy - yes he's a KatyCat too.

I shoved my costume on to hear my mom say, "Well don't you look a picture! Oh sweetie! Enjoy it!" I hugged mom and thanked her. Picking all of my concert essentials up (letter to Katy, merchandise money, phone, banner, camera and Prism CD) and headed out the door.

As soon as I got into Noah's car we, in harmony, screamed! We were such Fangirls/Fanboys. "Your costume is rocking, Chloe!" Noah exclaimed, the excitement in his voice was way too obvious. I checked my Twitter: 10 retweets and 30 favourite. What? Already?! My mentions included: KatysPizzaSlice: AH-MAZING KITTEN, LegendaryLovers01: Katy is bound to notice you and KatysTacoBell: Hope you meet Katy. I thought to myself, so do I KatysTacoBell, so do I!

After dining at McDonald's ten minutes later we arrived at Madison Square Garden. First here! Tip of the Prism here we come. I hugged Noah. Some other KatyCats had joined us, "Hey. Is that you Chloe?!" It was @Katy__Cat_ or Kris as I know her! "EEEEEEK! Kris!" I screamed so loud that Noah was covering his ears. Along Kris was Lily, Mia and Liam. Noah and Liam 'bro fisted' each other.

We spent the whole morning talking about Katy, until the outside merchandise stall came. I got my purse out... I was going to be spending a lot.
