The moon shines high above your head. You listen for any rustles in the darkness but nothing. You stare down at the baby in your arms. A twig snapped. You see five pairs of glowing eyes. One of them was red. When they stepped out of the shadows, you saw the Alpha of the Hale pack. Followed by Derek, Lara, Chess, and Zac. They looked at the baby and back at you.

??- is this your baby?

Y/n- n..no. It is my sister.

??- why are you in Hale territory?

Y/n- I brought her to you because I need a strong pack to care for her.

??- and you thought of us?

Y/n- Yes sir.

??- Lara.

Lara- yes Chester?

Chester- take the baby.

The young girl took the baby.

Chester- now. Get off of our terf. We have done as you pleased.

Bright lights shown through the trees. Every one runs. In the distance, you hear a gun shot. Fear pushes you on, then a stabbing pain shoots to your hip.
Present---
You jolt awake in bed. You were sweating everywhere. You look out your apartment window. The cresent moon hung low. The clock showed 4:27 A.M.

Y/n- it was just a dream Y/n. Just a dream. She is safe. Don't worry.

You go back to your bed but don't fall asleep. After about an hour, you give up and take a shower. It was another day at school.

The bell rang for first period. You sit beside your best friend, Sasha. She is the only person who knows what you are. She smiled at you.

Sasha- so... Got any hot date for prom?

Y/n- no... I don't need a date when I have my best friend going with me.

Sasha- come on Y/n. You can't be the lone Wolf of school forever.

You glare at her.

Y/n- maybe I don't want to date. Maybe I want to be alone for the rest of my-

The door opens and a guy walked in. He was muscular and well kept. He looked at you, glared and turned to the teacher.

Derek- name's Derek Hale sir. I am 19, I was held back in fifth grade.

Teacher- nice to meet you Derek. You may take a seat by Y/n.

Derek nods and takes his seat. You can smell wolf all over him. You look at him and find him staring at you. You look away. You have to admit. He was hot.

When the bell rang for lunch, you bolted from the classroom. Derek caught up to you. He pushed you up against the lockers.

Derek- I know you.

Y/n- I know you too.

Derek- where have I seen you though?

Y/n- your pack took my sister five years ago.

Derek- you had a glow up big time.

He smirked and you rolled your eyes.

Y/n- unlike you, I like my lunch so bye.

You push past him and walk slowly to lunch. Part of you wish you hadn't left.
