Fred's POV
It's been 2 1/2 years since Mary and I separated. I've been raising our son, Archie, alone ever since. There are times where I wonder about contacting my ex-girlfriend, Hermione. We grew up together and dated all through high school up until the day she left for college in New York while I attended a local one.
Now about 20 years later, I was going to pick up some dinner for me and Archie at Pop's diner when I saw a beautiful Latina woman coming in with her daughter. I was completely shocked when I saw that it was Hermione. I never thought I'd live to see the day that she'd come back. My head was overflowing with so many thoughts on what to do, Should I go up and say hi? Do I just wait until I have enough confidence? Normally I would never do this but I decided to leave after I got the food so I would have time to think about what I would say and build up the confidence I desperately needed.
