"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROY!" The team shouted at Red Arrow, as soon as he stepped foot into headquarters.

He squinted through his mask as colorful confetti rained on him while he seemed to be angrily brushing it away from his shoulders.

Not many members knew that it happened to be your birthday as well that day, but you kept quiet because it wasn't that important anyway.

Everyone eventually began eating the cake that Green Arrow had attempted to make for Roy, even though it was a bit mushy and bland. He tried his best.

Walking to an emptier side of the base, you thought to yourself about how it was nice to relax once in a while from missions every day, and you felt at peace.

Suddenly, you felt a light tap on your shoulder and you turned to see Jaime standing behind you.

"You didn't think I'd forget your birthday, did you mi amor ?" said Jaime, causing butterflies in your stomach.

You were thrilled that he remembered, especially since no one else but him had wished you a happy birthday every year since you joined the team.

He was holding your favorite flavored pie in a small slice with both of you drawn as little stick figures along with bright blue "Happy Birthday" letters next to it. (Probably baked  by M'gann)

As much as you tried to not seem like you were attracted to him, you were reminded of all the times you stared at him on missions because of how practically gorgeous he was with his dark hair and sparkly eyes, not to mention his smooth toned-

"Thank you Jaime! I love it so much, we look adorable on there!" you squealed, holding his hands together before leaving him a kiss on the cheek only to see a warm tone of pink on his face.

Jaime set the pie down, and covered his flushed face with his arm. He then looked towards his scarab and murmured, "Will you stop? People get jittery when they have feelings, okay? Please don't put me in combat mode."

You let out a small laugh as you both then embraced each other. He smelled really nice, as embarrassing as that sounds.

Clap. Clap. Clap.

You both nervously chuckled, scooting away from each other, as Dick got up from a sofa nearby and commented on enjoying the show. "Happy Birthday by the way, Y/N," he said, walking away towards Zatanna's room.

"Souvenir," Wally smirked as he suddenly dashed towards you both and grabbed the pie slice, proceeding to quickly disappear.

You rolled your eyes, "I'll get that back from him later."

Jaime backed away from you and stared into your eyes with a furrowed brow.

"Is something wrong?" you asked, confused at his sudden change in emotions.

"Well," He let out a sigh and breathed "Y/N. Creo que estoy enamorado de ti (I think I'm in love with you)."
