The seven returned to camp half blood, but something was wrong. Annabeth wasn't with them. "Chiron, Annabeth's dead. " Percy whispered. Immediately, the other campers began shouting about how it was all his fault and throwing weapons at him. Nico disappeared with the remaining of the seven, coming back alone a minute later.
"They're at camp Jupiter. Its the only place that's safe now since the campers here won't hesitate to kill Percy and anyone who stands up for him." Then he turned to the campers. "You just lost your best hero ever. He already blames himself for not saving her. HE FELL INTO TARTARUS WITH HER TO TRY AND SAVE HER! And it wasn't enough. In the end, it wasn't enough. And you've taken away any doubt that he was wrong to blame himself because it's not just him. Because you, The people closest to him, YOU BLAME HIM TOO! And now he's never coming back. I won't let him go anywhere near any of you again. Because you hurt him. He was my brother in all but blood and YOU HURT HIM! We won't forgive you. The Romans won't forgive you.
