Diana POV : ( I know a new pov)
after meeting the new girl and learing about her past, I rushed home and got her a dress because god knows why she was wearing a shirt and tights in the middle of winter.
"Mother I'm home" I yelled up the stairs as I walked calmly up them not wanting to trip
"oh good darling you might want to change you look like a mess, have you been running?" my mother asked out of curiosity
"um yes mother, I'm sorry I know you said not to run with these kind of dresses on but it was truly an emergency. I need a dress immediately and I have been invited to have dinner at the Cuthberts house so I will be going because I could not have said no" I lied trying to make it as convincing as possible
"oh well okay that is okay, no young lady change out of that hideous dress. shoo shoo" she said waving her hands around like a mad woman
"thank you MOTHER" I said as I speed walked throughout the hallway
I picked up a few dresses that would suit ( Y/N) she has beautiful black silky hair and beautiful hazel eyes. I picked 5 dresses, one pink with gold on it, one blue with silver linings, one plain grey , one yellow with little pink flowers , and one for the outdoors which was red.
Proud of my choices I put them into my bag neatly, and put my new one on.
I said goodbye to Minnie may and father and mother as I walked out of the door.
(Y/N) POV:
Anne keeps rambling on about where she lives and school to be honest I quite like school and learning, I actually want to become a doctor or an actor in real life, it's just that the people ruin everything. I really hope it's different here well maybe not cause when I watched the show it was horrible and Anne got bullied a lot especially by Billy Andrews ughh i hates his character WAIT does this mean I will meet cole holy shit he is my queen, omg wait should I tell Anne that I know what's going to happen to her, and I can't get between her and Gilbert right god damn it he looked exactly like Lucas that's making me sad
Anne and I get to her house, she convinced Mathew and Marilla to let me stay until I get back on my feet or if I can find someone else to stay with. We then heard a knock on the door, I excused my self and I opened the door and I saw Diana.
"Hello (Y/N), nice to see you again I have many dresses to show you that will look great on you, um could I come in?"
"haha of course" I say
She comes in and says hello while we all rush up to Anne's room, I look up to her room in awe it's beauti colourful I love it.
"okay (Y/N) time to try on your clothes" Anne says with excitement heard in her voice
"okay" with the same excitement I say
Diana takes out the dresses, the first one I try on the pink one with gold lining, I step out of the bathroom and show them.
"YOU POSITIVITY LOOK AMAZING" Anne screams with the greats smile on her face, Diana just looks at me in awe I don't know why she's more prettier than me.
I spin around and look at myself at the mirror and gasp.
"wow" I say
"okay next one" Anne says
and that's just how the rest of the night goes😂
Diana leaves for home and Anne and I get ready for bed because it's my first day tomorrow, I'm nervous and excited at the same time how?
"Goodnight Anne thank you very much" I whisper to Anne
"goodnight (Y/N), DONT worry about it I think we are going to be great friends"
With that I close my eyes softly just thinking of the magnificent day I just had, thinking that this is all but a dream I go to sleep.
