I stood across from the vanity in my bathroom, staring at the reflection in the mirror. The man I'd become. The man I was.
Sighing, I ran my fingers through my tanned hair. I loved her. Without specifying on who she was, my mind was encompassed by the memories tainted by her smile.
The guilt had stayed with me, but I couldn't apologize. It was too late for that. Forgiving me for that kiss was the last thing she'd consider, but when I thought about it, I didn't want to apologize for the kiss. Why? Because I'd loved every second of it.
