(Here is a story about Scourge and his pet rock, Steve. This idea was given to me by a good friend of mine. This story will touch many hearts... *cries* Bah! just kidding. It's going to be a dumb story that will be made for kicks and giggles. Enjoy! or not. I don't really care. XD)
DISCLAIMER: This is going to be told in first person from Scourge's point of view. So yeah. Warning, you are entering Scourge's thoughts. oh God what have I done... XD
Here I am, curled up in my sanctuary. Though you may just refer to it as "My Corner of the Cave." I'm not sure what time of day it is right now since my corner is kinda secluded away in the back of the cave, and my back is towards the cave entrance. Maybe I should go look because why not?
I finally gain the determination to actually get up and stretch out a bit. I yawn as I make my way over to the cave entrance. As I looked outside, I instantly regretted my decisions. Blinding rays of sunlight shot directly into my retinas. Why did I do this?.. I rubbed my eyes and tried to get used to the daylight that I have seen at least a thousand times by now. I'm startin' to think I'm allergic to sunlight. Or maybe I am secretly a vampire. Wait, what even is a vampire? Now I'm confusing myself again.
Anyways, I turned back into my cave and looked around. "No one is here. As usual," I said quietly to myself. And then it hit me. Someone is here, not countin' me of course. I walked over to Steve and picked him up. He greeted me with that cheerful expression. He was happy as ever. I wonder how he does it.
"Would you like to go on an adventure with me Steve? We haven't really done much besides lounge around my cave," I asked Steve. His eyes lit up with excitement. "I would love to go on an adventure with you my prince. We're going to have a lot of fun together!" Steve responded back to me. He always refers to me as his "prince" which is in all honesty, freakin' adorable. "Then let's go!" I exclaimed as I ran out of the cave, still holdin' Steve in my arms. He giggled a bit as I ran off to a random destination. I didn't care where we went, as long as I was with him.
Suddenly, a squirrel dude ran right across my path, causin' me to run into him and drop Steve. Steve hit the ground and got a small chip in him. Steve was now laying there sobbing. I looked at him in horror, and then I directed my attention to the squirrel. "Oh! I-I am t-t-terribly sorry about that sir! It won't happen again!" The squirrel stammered. He trembled under my gaze. He probably knows who I am.
"He hurt me Scourge! He chipped me! How could you let this happen? I thought that you cared!" Steve said at me with a shaky voice. I replied back. "I-I am sorry that he did that!" "kill him Scourge! Kill him!" I didn't want to kill him though. But the longer that I hesitated, the more voices started to accumulate in my mind, all demandin' the same thing. "Kill him Scourge!" "Do it, don't be a disappointment to us!" "We won't go away until you kill him! Show him who's boss! Kill him! KILL HIM!!!!" These voices grew louder! I was startin' to breath heavier. "Kill him! KILL HIM!" "k i l l h i m n o w." I couldn't take it any longer! I pounced on the squirrel and tore him apart. The voices stopped, and everything seemed...peaceful. I felt that euphoric rush that i get after killin' someone, and I was suddenly relieved.
"Haaa... ha... wait. STEVE!" I realized that he was layin' on the ground still, so I rushed to his side and picked him up. "Steve! Are you ok? I won't let anyone else hurt you like that, I am sorry!" "It's alright" Steve said placin' a hand on my cheek. "You got revenge on the guy for me. So everything is ok now!" I chuckled a bit and held Steve closer.
I think that I have had enough excitement for one day. So I start the journey back to the cave with Steve.
THE END! I GUESS!
(If you got this far, thank you so much for reading my garbage! This turned out darker than I thought it was going to at first, but I am kinda happy about that. Leave me some more suggestions for short stories to write about my ocs and I might do them. )
