It was just another typical day in Jump City. At the Teen Titans HQ, everything was as normal as possible. Well, almost. Raven, the member of the super hero team that usually kept her feelings locked up, was in an unexpected cheerful mood today. Starfire, her close friend, had no idea what to make of this. "Raven," she asked, "is it possible you have been of the cursed that your father Trigon placed on you?" Raven looked with concern before answering, "No, I don't think my father has visited us for a while and I'm pretty sure he didn't curse me recently." Raven then came to a slow realization; she was being nice on her own initiative and before long, she suddenly kissed Starfire right on the cheek. But instead of acting all cute and friendly, Starfire unexpectedly had her eyes glow green and she lashed out in rage as she screamed in an unearthly voice "How dare you make contact with a PRINCESS of ROYAL BLOOD!!" Raven backed away in shock and then Starfire returned to normal. Ashamed of what had happened, Starfire went straight to her room and without another word packed all her items into a suitcase and left the tower crying. Raven felt really blue because she wasn't quite sure what had just occurred. After all, she had considered Starfire her best friend. So she consulted her magic book and realized that Starfire had a tiny parasite growing inside her, forcing her to occasionally lash out rage. The trouble was, she wasn't quite sure who could cure this problem; herself or Robin?
