The first number on the list I rang, which turned out to be Bruce Banner. After about 10 seconds, he answered. "Hello? Tony?" an old man answered. His voice was much higher than my dad's, and he sounded a bit scared.
"Hi, is this Bruce Banner? I'm Tony's daughter, Morgan." I responded.
"Morgan? Yes I'm Bruce. Tony always used to brag about how you would be an amazing hero. How is your dad anyway?" he asked, I stayed quiet, not replying. After about 5 seconds, he started to understand. "Oh my, is that why you are calling?"
"Yeah, can we meet up somewhere? I'd rather not talk about this over the phone."

In Central Park, I was sat on a bench on my own. Looking around, I couldn't see any sign of Bruce Banner when an old man who looked about 66 years old sat next to me. He had curly grey hair, covered by a old, grey baseball cap. "You really remind me of your mother." the man told me. Banner. "How is Pepper by the way?" He turned to me, smiling.
"Uh, my mom's fine. But there's something I need to tell you." I sighed. "A man, one of my father's enemies, is hunting down the Avengers. I have no idea why yet, but I needed to warn you. "
Bruce turned away from me and covered his mouth in shock. "Thanks for warning me. I think-" I interrupted him, holding my hand up. Something was wrong. I at least had to check where the Mandarin was. My eyes turned amber, and I found his location. He was making his way through the exact same park we were in. He stopped although, as if he knew I was watching him.
"Morgan, was it? Why do you keep getting in my way? What do you gain by saving these people who have destroyed other people's lives?" He said to himself. Suddenly I was back on the bench and I fell off in shock. No one has ever been able to detect my powers before.
"Are you okay?" Bruce asked.
"No, he is coming. Are you able to... you know, Hulk out?" I asked.
He shook his head. "It was ten years ago and we were on a mission. I can't remember why but I do remember that it was for Tony's benefit. Me and the hulk had finally agreed to share the same body. His strength with my brains. Hulk had enough and decided to kick me out and I destroyed a whole town in China, killing thousands. Tony had a cure for the Hulk if this ever happened and... I guess you could say Hulk died." I understood.
"Don't worry, I have a suit like my dad." I smiled and tapped my watch. Suddenly, the sunlight turned black and a figure appeared before us.
He was here. The Mandarin is here. I instantly pressed the button on my watch and my now familiar black suit engulfed me. "Evacuate the park." I told Bruce.
He nodded and limped off, shouting to onlookers, telling them it wasn't safe. I took a closer look at the Mandarin's hands, and he had gained another ring, the first on his left. This ring had a plain white gem in the centre.
"To answer your question, I save them because it's right. I don't know what your parents taught you, but killing without reason is bad." I told him, shooting a beam which he dodged.
"I have a reason! I would tell you, but there is no point. People like you don't care why people like us do what we do." He shouted back at me. I now noticed new ring was starting to glow an icy white color, and he aimed his left hand at Bruce Banner, who was in the middle of helping a young boy escape.
A white beam shot out of the ring, and hit the floor below them. They collapsed to the floor, conscious, but as if they couldn't move. "What did you do?!" I asked.
"I only dampened their energy, so gravity is stronger than their bodies. Don't worry, they aren't hurt, I wouldn't hurt a kid." He stated as he started to walk towards Banner. I ran over, ready to throw a punch, when my arm suddenly grew too weak to move.
The boy was able to get up and run away, but Bruce was still too weak to get up. The Mandarin's red ring now started to glow, and suddenly flames engulfed the whole park. No escape.
I put all my effort into fighting Mandarin, throwing punch after punch, although they either missed or were caught in his hands. Because we were in such close quarters, I ordered F.R.I.D.A.Y to concentrate all power into my Arc Reactor in my chest, a purple power source my father created. A purple beam shot out my chest, sending the Mandarin flying.
Although injured, the Mandarin still got back up and shifted his attention back to Banner, who was finally stood up. Bruce had an idea. He charged into the Mandarin who wasn't expecting it so I ran over and started to use my repulsor beams on him when three beams shot Bruce flying. Fire, ice, and electric all projected out of the Mandarin's fist. He landed on the floor, close to death.
"My job here is done." He turned to me and smiled. "You wanted to know why I want to kill The Avengers? Ten years ago, the Avengers stormed my town. They never found me because I wasn't there. I returned to find my wife, child, and the rest of the village totalled. I need all of them dead, but your father, I wanted him alive. I needed a suit of his for something that you may have noticed, but because you were there, of course he would sacrifice himself instead of his daughter." He explained. His black ring started to glow, and once again, the area turned black.
I lost.
Suddenly I remembered the fact that Bruce Banner was barely alive so I ran to him, revealing my face. His shirt was ripped, showing a large, bloody, burn mark on his chest. "Morgan..." He stuttered. "Create a team... to defeat him." I nodded, understanding. He smiled at me one last time, before finally closing his eyes. Another Avenger killed by the Mandarin. He has killed four of them and I only know three.
I now know what I need to do. I need to form my own version of the Avengers, and I have an idea on my first team mate.

Ten Years Ago
The infamous Guardians of the Galaxy, were on their prized ship, the Milano. Peter Quill, the leader, was the pilot. Drax, Rocket, Mantis, Nebula, and a now adult Groot also had a new friend which joined them after Infinity War, Thor. He became friends with them and since Asgard was gone, he had nowhere to go.
While Quill was piloting through a new solar system that they haven't explored yet, an unopened escape pod hit their windshield, shaking the whole ship.
"What the hell was that?" Rocket asked, being woken up from a nap.
"I don't know..." Quill started, grabbing his plasma gun. He turned on his mask and decided to take a look. With the help of Thor, they dragged in this escape pod.
"It's some form of small ship." Thor started.
"No shit captain obvious. Who's in it though? Mantis, can you sense this person's feelings?" Mangos nodded and placed her hands on this escape pod.
"It's a young girl... she is asleep but very scared. What do we do?"
