The beauty which I had waited for laid in front of me, soft and airy breaths could be heard from small distance that separated us. Her lips parted gently, lip gloss shiny and slightly smeared against the corner of her mouth. Her yellow sundress was hitched upon her thighs and her pale skin looked as soft as fresh snow against the dark bedsheets. My hand rested gently on the crook of her waist, admiring and teasing the fabric that adorned her. Our eyes met, glossed over and taking in each others expressions. She was ethereal, an angel with a sin. I could feel the heat of my own face, almost completely pink with embarrassment that she had caught me looking. But as if time froze, I found myself no longer caring of the consequences of staring too long. My hand slipped from her waist and her hand suddenly found my face, brushing over the light scars and rough spots young age cursed upon. She shifted suddenly, her arms enclosing my head on either side, as she bent down further I could smell the light hint of tea from the previous minutes. I felt her eyelashes brush against my skin, the soft flutter comparing to the sound of a butterfly in the air. Finally I grew tired of waiting, I pressed my lips gently against her own. I felt the slight stickiness of the lip gloss but not the smell of green tea. Her lips were slightly chapped but felt smooth against mine, she moved them gently and firmly. I reciprocated all of my feelings the best I could within the movements. Her arms I could feel growing tired so I moved myself to where we were side by side. Her hand in my hair and our legs tangled together. My hand moved gently down her shoulder slipping her sleeve down slightly. The motive wasn't to remove anything, just to feel her soft skin more on her arm, to understand that she was real. Her other hand circled my neck, gently rubbing circles against it with her thumb, a move to calm my quickly beating heart. I found myself needing a breath but I just wanted hers. I wanted to breathe the same air and taste what I've been missing. I felt her smile against my lips, and I pulled her impossibly closer. Her tongue prodded against my lips gently, but I didn't fear her intrusion, it was as if we were having a conversation. One without words. I let her in, she tasted my secrets, my fears, my dreams, and my hopes. I relished in the soft dreams of her own. Our mouths welded gently together, as if to intertwine our lives even more together. She dragged her hand down and  ran her finger where my neck and shoulder met, eliciting a small shiver. It was my turn to smile, we both needed air. We separated but remained close enough to where it was like we could hear each other's gentle heartbeats, soft and consistent. She pressed her forehead to mine and I smiled. Her lips were bright pink and slightly swollen but pulled into a smirk. We looked at each other and could do nothing more then laugh at the conversation we had just had. She wrapped her arms around mine and I did the same. My head in the warm crook of her neck and we laid in the warmth of each other's presence. Giggling at such an intimate conversation.
