"Alright Mr. Kim. Time to find a match!" "This isn't a dating show Jungkook, it's a job selection. I only brought you because I didn't want to do it alone." "Well isn't that a little harsh?" Jin finished straightening up his tie. "When it's about you, it's just facts."
The two began walking to the casting room, which was currently holding the bodyguards that were all applying to be Jin's "one true match" (according to Jungkook, anyways). They opened the door, and almost ran into a young woman holding a clipboard and a pencil. "Oh! Sorry Mr. Kim!" "No problem miss. Do you know how many applicants there are?" "About thirty at the moment. You'll be cutting them in half today sir." "Thank you ma'am!" Jin flashed a lovely smile at the girl as he walked further into the room. His eyes first met the long table where he and others in his company would be looking over the resumes of all thirty applicants.
He then turned to his right, and saw all of the said applicants, sitting on chairs and couches that were set up in the room. As he scanned the lineup of men and women, he made direct eye contact with a man sitting in a chair across from him. His silver hair was styled beautifully, and his suit made his body look more perfect than a god's. His eyes looked like porcelain, with a cute little button nose-and those lips. Jin could just feel his heart race at the thought of him being someone he loved.
(Hope y'all enjoy my probably cringey ass description of Namjoon)
"Jin? Whatcha lookin' at?" Jin snapped out of his thoughts, turning to Jungkook. "Um..." He turned back to look at the man, who was now talking to another guard. "Just thought the...the chairs looked nice." He quickly walked to the table, leaving Jungkook by the couches slightly bewildered.
"So, let's start now, shall we?"
A Few Hours Later...
"Alright ladies, gents, and everything in between. We have our results." The many participants lined up in anticipation of who would be moving on to the next round of evaluation. Jin and about five other men sat down, and began listing names. Each name stepped forward, and they were told to leave and not come back, or leave and come back for the next pick.
"Kim Namjoon, Lee Anderson, and Johnny Heathers."
The three men stepped up, and Jin's heart sped up as he saw the man from before in the line up. "Mr. Anderson, please come back for the next selection. Mr. Kim and Mr. Heathers, thank you for your time." Jin watched as the three men walked out, and noticed the disappointed look in two of their eyes, one them being the man's. He was about to cuss himself out for cutting him before one of his producers stopped them. "Mr. Kim, it seems as though you've only selected fourteen people to go to the next round of appointments. Would you like to keep it at that number or pick one more to count it exactly in half?"
Jin's brain became alive again as he looked at the two men he had just cut. He of course pointed at the man he had seen on the chair. "You. What's your name, sir?" "K-Kim Namjoon, sir." Jin internally smirked at how cute the man was when he was nervous. "Congratulations. You just caught yourself a break. You may also come back for the next set." The man's face lit up, and he bowed in appreciation to Jin. "Thank you, sir." He watched as the man walked out happily, pulling out his phone to seemingly call someone.
"Well, well. Lover boy decided to choose other lover boy. Still a better love story than Twilight." Jin rolled his eyes at Jungkook's statement. "His profile proved to show some pontential in him. That's it."
"Mmhhmm. We'll see about that."
