XVIIII.

"why don't you look like a full course meal there mr. avery." i announced shooting him a grin. he flashed his beautiful smile at me, heading my way. he embraced me in a hug, his arms locked around my hips. he leaned down and planted a kiss on the top of my head.

"hi my beautiful babygirl." i looked at him, gazing into his chocolate brown eyes, my favorite pair of beautiful brown eyes. he kissed my forehead, making my cheeks glow red.

"babe, what is all of this?" i asked as he pulled away. his hand reached up to the back of his neck, scratching it.

"well, i uhh- ummm." he scurried back to the position i found him in. he pulled a piece of paper out of his pocket and cleared his throat.

"kinslee rose, my beautiful soon to be girlfriend. i had to write my thoughts down because i knew i would forget all that i had to say. you take my breath away and put me at a loss for words every time i look at you."

he paused nervously glancing up at me. i nodded at him. he took a deep breath and continued.

"each day with you is better than the last. you make me want to spend every waking minute with you. i am so truly in love with you. you make me the luckiest guy in the world, so-"

he paused and handed me one last sunflower. i flipped over the note and looked at it.

i looked up and he shot me a nervous smile.

"so what do you say babygirl?" i nodded my head and ran towards him, his arms wrapping around me. i snuggled into his chest, taking in his cologne.

"yes, babe. a million times yes."
