Chapter 1- Meeting Him

Growing up I lost many of my loved ones my father, grandfather, Big Brother, and Mother after losing them I was never really the same so I just busied myself to stop me from going over the edge my family has tried to help me but I just pushed them away after a while I let them take me to therapy to help me out after a couple of years in therapy I was better but still grieving. Everyone that I loved that died they died right before my eyes and I never forgave myself for letting they died right before my eyes, this also caused me to believe so I believed that the world was against me, but my story will show how I was wrong in so many ways,  how one showed me that anyone can be loved even those who grew up not knowing what love was cause they weren't showed love growing up, that not the entire world was against me, and that love can be found in the unlikely of places even those you you least especially an alleyway 😉😉, and how I showed him that it is possible for him to be loved and that he can love as well.

"Bloom gets up or you're going to be late for school!" My sister yelled up the stairs.

"Ughh, Five more minutes," I groaned.

"No now get your butt up before I come up there myself." She threatened.

I rapidly got up and took a bath, once I got out the shower I changed into my uniform and headed down the stairs, while I was eating breakfast I realized that my brothers had already left me so I had to walk to school. After I finished breakfast I walked to school and made it just in just in time for my first class.

"Welcome back students I hope you guys had a wonderful summer, now I teach Reading 101..." This how the entire class went.

About an hour into the lecture I went to my next 2 classes then it was time for lunch so I was able to talk to my friends since I don't have classes with them till after lunch.

"Hey girls wyd," I asked

"Nothing much did you guys hear about Ian's party tonight" Hope replied.

"Yeah Deandre told me about it last night over the phone," I said.

"You guys want to go shopping after school for the party," Hope asked.

"Yes!" We all said together while laughing.

After school had ended we all went to the mall to get our dresses for tonight, after that we all went home to get ready for tonight when I got home I went to my room.

"Kylie I'm going to a party at my friend's house tonight!" I yelled downstairs.

"Ok just be back by 2." She yelled back.

I grabbed my dress and a towel and went to my bathroom to take a shower after I finished I put on my dress and heels and hopped in my car and headed to the party when I got to the party I saw my friends and started dancing with them after an hour of dancing I told that I wanted to get some fresh air. Then I headed outside after a couple of minutes I heard some deep voices so I decided to follow them into an alley, there were two men in the alley they looked like they were selling something but I couldn't see what it was when the person with the product refused to give it up the other shot and killed him, but in the process I accidentally screamed which was a mistake cause he turned around and pointed the gun at me.

"You know you're in big trouble of seeing what you just saw," It was more of a statement than a question.

"B-but I-I" I stuttered out of fear.

Out of nowhere another guy came up behind me and got in front of me with his gun out.

"You should really leave her alone before you be in big trouble," The mystery guy said with venom in his voice.

"Nick I suggest that stay the fuck out of this cause this ain't none of your damn business." The said with his gun still pointed at me.

I could feel the guy named Nicks anger radiating off of him in waves, he must have been really angry cause he cocked his gun and shot and killed the other guy before he could say anything else, after that he turned around to me.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Y-yeah a little shaken up but okay, who was that anyway?" I replied.

"That right there is the co-president of the Red Scorpions doing his regular dealings." He replied sighing.

"Wait I just witnessed him kill someone and I am the reason he is dead won't they come after me?" I asked.

"Yeah but not if you are my protection," He replied.

"You would really do that for me?" I asked.

"Yeah, I don't think I can stand the sight of your beautiful face in a casket." He replied.

"Thank you," I said while blushing.

"No problem, now let's go, and by the way, you look cute when you blush." He said, which made me blush even more.

We walked to his bike which parked by the alleyway, he got on the bike and patted the seat behind him I got on and wrapped my arms around his stomach he must've thought it was too high cause he lowered it down to his waist, I laid my head on his upper back.

Nick's P.O.V

"Goodnight Baby Girl" I whispered to her.

I know that she is my mate but I can tell she hasn’t hit 18 so looks like I’m going to have to wait but it will be worth it to wait, growing up I wasn't allowed to show any emotions  to anyone except family and those I trust but this girl makes me trust her automatically, I don't plan on ignoring the mate bond til she makes 18 but i will try to start something with her, around others who I do not trust I will act cold because if I act like I care for others then they will see her as my weakness and in this there is no such thing as weakness, one day I will make her mine but for now I will wait' I thought to myself.

After an hour of driving we finally made it to my Gangs clubhouse on the other side of town hidden in the forest, she was still sleeping so I carried her bridal style inside, when we got inside I headed upstairs to my room when we made it to my room I laid her on the bed and stripped into my boxers and laid down next to her and fell asleep after pulling her into me.
