So... Basically, from what she understood from the letter, she was a witch? Does that made her an antichrist-witch? A fairy-demon? An antiwitchychrist?

She laughed at the thought.

She never met her mother, as she had died giving birth, and the only thing she knew about her was the fact she had inherited her thick dark hair and her long lashes. She wasn't really close to her father and he wasn't much talkative on the subject. Daddy too busy torturing souls and hanging out with Lucifer.

But at least now she knew, I mean, yes she was kind of shocked to learn that she was a witch and that, logically that witch side was from her mother, but being raised in hell, she was well aware that others species than human and demons existed.

She had seen movies and read books from the mortal realm about witches. She could already see herself wearing long dark gowns and black pointy hats, swinging around her magical sparkling stick. Oh! And how could she forgot her broom!

She couldn't wait to get to this magical school and learn to cast spells and make potions.

But how old was the invitation really? The crusty paper didn't look anything near fresh to her. And did she forget today was the 24th of September and that she was supposed to get there the 1st?

Ignoring those facts nevertheless, she hurriedly took a look at the list of required equipment.

First stop was the bookstore, which she didn't have trouble finding. Her father had at least the mindfulness to drop her on the right street and with the right currency.

Next was the wand. Entering a shop she was welcomed by a cheerful old man.

"Welcome! How can I help you, young lady?"
"Well, I'm looking for a wand, sir... Am I in the right place?" She answers unsure.

"You are at the right place indeed!". He looked at her deep in thought "Hmmm... Let's try this one first" he finally said ending her a simple light wooded wand. She took it unsure of what to do with it. "Try it" he urged her.

She did as he said and managed to some kind to move that she saw in a movie. "Abracadabra" she whispered. A second passed without nothing happening and to her horror, the wand took fire and then simply exploded. The room was utterly quiet.

"I'm so sorry" she finally said still shocked by what happened, quickly trying to gather the pieces.

He smiled "It's okay don't worry, it happened sometimes. You're a very powerful lady that's all".

A rumble could be heard from the shelves behind him. One of the boxes containing wands was weirdly moving. The man reached for it and handed to her. "Look like this wand likes you," he said with a laugh. She tried it, more carefully this time and small sparkles appeared on her trail.

"This wand is made of Elder wood and is filled with rougarou hairs. Do you like it?" The wand was black, which seemed weird since it was elder wood, and demonic symbols were engraved in it.

"I love it! How much is it?"

After paying for it she exited the shop to then went to go find her new 'pet'. Not paying attention to the few customers already inside she looked around at the wide range of bird displayed. A lot of howls for sure, and crows!  Ok it's settled a crow it will be. The best thing about crows is that they can deliver messages to hell but they also were really smart.

Somehow managing to carry the cage, her suitcase, and all her supplies, she reached her last stop, the uniform shop!

The large smile on her face was quickly replaced by a look of disgust.

The uniform was, to put it simply, horrendous

Where were the hat and the beautiful dark gown she had been dreaming of? Will she seriously have to go around the school dressed like some basic English high school student all in grey with this terrible looking tie? And let's not forget that long shapeless dark robe... She just prayed she'll get the green uniform and not that ugly yellow one.

Consoling herself by the fact she now had a wand and a bird, and having all the equipment required, it was time for her to make her way to Hogwarts.
