PROLOGUE

I woke up to a loud noise, but it wasn’t my alarm clock. I realize I’m in a chair , in a hospital room? But if I’m not in the hospital bed who is? I get up and walk to the bed, but its dark so all I know is that it’s a woman. It must me someone close to me because I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t. Oh my god, what if its mum? It cant be mum it just cant! Maybe its Aunt Linda, but it cant be her either! Neither one of them can be in the hospital with a BEEP BEEP BEEP machine! It doesn’t matter what its called right now, what matters is that I find out who this is!
I find my way over to the door, because the light switch is usually by the door, and turn on the light. It’s so bright because I was used to the dark, and I stumble back hitting my head on the chair I was sitting on just moments earlier. Ouch. Now, lets find out who is in this bed. Just who I was dreading be there, was. Mum.
