IT WAS A RAINY DAY when school just ended. As usual, after school on a Friday, children would charge straight towards the gate using their remaining strength, pushing others on the way as if they are competing to see who would get to see their favourite idols first.

In the process, children from different years would fall into a massive puddle from all of the bumping and the cause of how there are puddles in the first place.

They would groan in disgust by how wet and muddy their uniforms became as they eye hard at the people ahead to reveal the culprit but none of them would turn their heads with an expression filled with guilt or even have the decency to walk back and help them up.

This place, which is Seoul, has been insulted by many tourist across different kind of cities in South Korea by how disgraceful and horrifying it is. Seoul may have been South Korea's capital, however, almost every population in Korea would complain of how disgusted the environment is and would even force the government to change its capital.

No matter how hard the government tried to convince them that Seoul is just a peaceful and safe capital, the press would record all of this and citizens watching the news would grow irritated from the government's action and even go out holding signs.

To Yeon, all she ever wanted was Seoul to become a self-controlled place to be in for tourist to quit complaining about the environment and to have everyone become friendly to each other and to be satisfied with how they are living.

There are tremendously a huge amount of news spread throughout the capital which meant everything behind the enormous impact of the changes towards people's action and how complex the city has became than it was before.

News would include gangs, drug dealers, murder, theft, suicidal and the amount of children gone missing.

Citizens took all of that as a backup to support their points of how dangerous the local is and to use it as an advantage to lose the city's title and instead, claim other cities to become South Korea's new capital.

No one would disagree that the number of tourists from other countries has became more frightened to get into South Korea and wouldn't want to risk their lives going in there.

It all started ever since 2013 when a murderer was set loose and began killing every people they would see across the land; and now the population would decrease greatly each year.

Even though the murderer was captured again but in 2015, it was already too late to recover the townspeople's fears and the country has now became more dismantled ever since. It didn't help that the fact every mothers would calmly tell their children to come home straight after school and how shops would close earlier than they would plan to in the first place.
