Leanord Snart. Captain Cold. Cold. He goes by many names, but in the end he is the same man. A evil relentless man who truly has no motives, yet he continues to randomly rob banks and play hero every once in a while. He is also known for his dry sense of humor such as when he froze a womans car and proceeded to joke by saying "Car troubles?" Quite the original jokester.
Snart was lonely and was bored after seeing the last doctor Well's die in episode 592 of the anime "The Flash" and catching every meta human in the cartoon show "legends of tommorow". He decide to meet up with sister and try to create a criminal empire with her.
He met her at a Cojitters since he now had all of his criminal records erased and didnt have to go to a run down bar to hide from the law.
"Hey sis," Snart asked, "Is it cold in here or is it just me?"
"You always were quite the jokester." Replied the golden glider, giggling.
"Your late, car trouble?" Asked Snart with a cold grin on his face.
"No cold, I drive a motorcycle." Glider replied.
"Sis, you have access to Sisco's All Knowing SataliteTM, correct? Snart asked.
"Of course I have access to Sisco's gear." Glider replied seductively, putting emphasis on Sisco.
"Good," Snart stated as he handed his sister a list of criminals, " You round all these boys and girls up and you bring them to my appartment in S.T.A.R labs. We are starting a team."
