Entry Form

Forms must be put like this:

Username: Example. OofItzmila
Book Name: Example. A Crystal Axis
Catagory: Example. Kim Taehyung
Contains smut: put a 💙 if it does.
Password: Password is your Bias in BTS

Requirements:

1. Book MUST Have a Minimum of 3 chapters NOT including A/N ( author notes) OR Intro/disclaimer.

2. If your book has smut, you HAVE to put a blue heart emoji (💙) where the form says Contains Smut.

3. DO NOT bribe the judges. You WILL be disqualified if you do.
