2. Auradon

Carlos and I stood patiently waiting to depart to the Isle to pick up the chosen Vks.
"Carlos I'm glad we finally get to use this opportunity we have here for other kids that deserve it." I said looking towards the Isle where we'll soon go.
"I am too maybe one day there won't have to be a barrier between the two places," Carlos smiled down at me and wrapped his arm around my waist.
"Hey, girl." I greeted Mal as her and Ben came out from the castle.
The band started playing loudly filling the courtyard with their music.

"Bippity-boppity, one, two, one, two.
Can everybody hear me?" The Fairy Godmother asked through the golden mic she was holding.
"Thank you, Fairy Godmother." He took a pause, "What's up, Auradon? Thank you. Thank you so much for coming out to welcome our new arrivals. They'll be here soon." Ben announced proudly.
"It worked out pretty well for the first four." He continued.
"Yeah, especially for you." Chad yelled obnoxiously
"Really funny Charming." I said and zipped his lips with magic.
"Mal, this is the exact spot we first met not so long ago. I feel like I've known you my whole life. But did I mention,
I'm in love with you?" Ben said gazing deeply into Mal's eyes.
Awes came from every direction and I'll admit it was really cute. And then he started singing with Doug playing guitar, "I met this girl
That rocked my world, like it's never been rocked And now I'm living just
For her and I won't ever stop
I never thought that
It could happen to a guy like me
But now look, At what you've done. You got me down on my knee" he got down on one knee holding a purple ring box with silver lining.
"Mal, it's you and me. It's you and me forever. Will you marry me? Will you be my Queen?" He asked full of hope.
"No!" Someone screamed sounding jealous, probably Audrey.
"Yes." Mal agreed on the verge of tears.
"Yes, yeah!" We all cheered happily for the newly engaged couple.
Everybody happily celebrated their own way.
"Hey Sierra maybe that'll be us one day. Considering the promise I gave you last year." Carlos grinned ear to ear
"I can't wait babe! Evie can design the dress it'll be perfect." I said happily and kissed him gently.
Jay spoke up tearing Carlos and I from our little moment.
"All bow to Her Royal Majesty." Jay said in a horrible snobbish accent with an over the top bow
"Oh, yes, her Royal Purple-ness." Carlos joked and followed Jay's motions.
"Silence, you annoying peasants," Mal laughed and started walking off.
"As you wish, my liege." Jay chuckled
"Your Crankiness." Carlos said with a laugh as he put Doug's band hat back on. I giggled and turned to Carlos, "hey babe I'll be right back I forgot something upstairs in the room."
"Okay baby I'll be here when you get back." He let go of my hand and stepped aside.
As I was making my way out of the castle I was cut off by the "oh so wonderful" Jane, please recognize the sarcasm.
"Congratulations. You won him fair and square. Oh, wait, no, you didn't.
You ruined all my plans to get Carlos and almost destroyed all of Auradon.
Touching story for the grandkids." Jane said with venom in her voice even though it really didn't effect me one bit.

"Speaking of kids, we have some kids waiting on us. So... if you'll excuse me." I stated plainly moving past her back towards my friends.
We all piled inside the limo and made our way towards the Isle.

On the ride we all say next to the newest additions to Auradon Prep.
"Let's go and do this. So, as soon as we get to Auradon, you have to try ice cream." Evie spoke sweetly to little Dizzie
"And go swimming?" She asked hopefully
"I can take you to the Enchanted Lake." Evie suggested

"So Sierra where are we staying in Auradon?" Sasha asked curiously
"Well you can stay with me and Carlos at our place."
"Ooh really?! Is it like a castle or a mansion or something?" She asked with a gleam in her eyes, it's always been my little sister's dream to live in a castle.
"Well it's kinda like a castle but more homey I guess." I chucked at the weird description I gave
"I can't wait!" She squealed with excitement.

"Great grip. You play sports?" Jay asked as Squirmy gripped his arm tightly out of fear.
"Here. Go on." Carlos offered Squeaky the Reese's cup.
"Trust me on this." He handed him the candy as the small child eyes it suspiciously but took a bite and was blown away with the flavor.
"I know." Carlos said triumphantly
"Dig in, dig in."
Sasha turned to Ben and flipped out her deck of cards, well my old ones. Ben chose three and handed them back to her.
"You're going to be a wise and brave King."
"He already is." Mal interrupted
"The cards never lie." Sasha said as Ben handed her a big stack of money.

"It's Hades!" We all turned to see the former god tearing through the barrier.
"Stop the car. He's trying to escape." Evie demanded
"I am a god! I don't belong here." Hades grunted as he pulled the opening in the barrier more and more open.

He knocked Carlos, Jay, and Ben back with magical beam.
Mal turned into the giant purple dragon to save the day. As she tried to keep him at bay, Hades shot a beam at her dragon chest causing a mighty roar to erupt from her. Seeing his strength I tried a different approach, "Evil keeper mend your hole, contain the god that craves control!"
I finished my spell and forced a hot white light at the evil god trying to escape the barrier, pushing him back inside. Mal transformed back into herself and landed on the trunk of the limo.
"Are you okay?" Evie asked concerned as Mal was holding her stomach tightly.
"He was draining all of my magic
with the ember, and I felt all of my powers slipping away." Mal cried in pain
"You're safe. He's back where he belongs." I reassured her then turned to hell Carlos off the ground "are you alright babe?"
"Yeah I'm just glad you stopped him." He pecked my lips and we all hopped back into the limo.
