"Aria,"

I feel a large hand grasp my shoulder, and a voice telling me softly to wake up. Wait a minute...is someone in my dorm room? I have a single!

"Aria! It's your first day of classes, and you've only been around campus once! Wake up," Liam, my older brother shakes me again. I groan and flip onto my stomach, burying my head in my pillow.

"Fine...you give me no choice." Liam pulls the sheets off me. "Ariana White, get up now!"

I sit up and look at my brother, annoyed. "Ok I'm up," I say and Liam shakes his head. "Took you long enough."

"Hey!" I yell and slam my pillow into his face. Liam chuckles and pulls me up to my feet. "It's your first day of Harvard classes, please just don't make a fuss. Niall's gonna meet you for Starbucks in twenty minutes,"

"Ok." I move to my little bathroom and put my dark brown hair up in a high ponytail and start on my makeup. I do what I always do, a smokey eye, eyeliner and a nude lip. My green eyes seem to shine a little bit extra today. "Are you happy you got this scholarship?" Liam asks from the doorway. I turn and nod, "of course. It's great! I mean, they pay for everything, I have a single and all I have to do is play for the girls soccer team!"

My brother laughs and looks fondly at me. "You can't injure yourself though," I shrug and walk to my closet. Liam covers his eyes as I change into a loose top and some high waisted shorts. I tie a flannel around my waist and put on some converse and a SnapBack. "You can look now," I tell Liam and he smiles as he looks at me.

"You look beautiful," He says and wraps his arms around me. I love my older brother. He's 20, two years older than me, and has been here at Harvard since he was 18 years old. Those two years when I was at high school and he was at Harvard, I lived with my Irish best friend Niall. I love Niall. He's amazing. Harvard has a foreign exchange system this year, but for permanent stays. I know there's a frat house with an Australian, 3 British and a couple other foreigners. I only know that because the girls soccer team and the boys soccer team play against each other the first and last game of each year. (A/N I just wanted to say I don't think Harvard does this and there will be other thinks Harvard probably doesn't do but we can just pretend they do, because that will make the story work) Liam managed to bargain himself a pass that let's him in my dorm to check on me. He's studying Law, I'm so proud of him. We moved from Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Massachusetts, because of my father. He wasn't the kindest man.

I'm majoring in Psychology and musical arts. Liam got in on an academic scholarship, which is so great for him.

"Aria?" I snap back into reality with a jolt, and Liam hugs me again. "Oh and by the way, I have a key card to your dorm so I can check on you,"

"Oh..that's how you got in," Liam nods and we say goodbye before I leave my single dorm.

I go to the campus garage and get my matte black 2014 Nissan Sentra, and drive to the local Starbucks to meet Niall.
