(OC) has had powers for a while, or not very long at all. But they've decided that there needs to be someone there to help people, so they decide to. One night, they go a little too far and bite off more than they can chew not doing well trying to stop this one person at all. They feel like giving up, like they've failed at trying to make the chicken world better. Until another masked hero swoops in and helps them. The next day, (OC) isn't at home, but in a facility (Avengers Tower *cough*) where they meet (Bias) and learn that they were the hero who saved them and that they would be training together.
For this, Mi will be like Ava\Ghost from Ant Man And The Wasp, being able to quantum phase and shift sort of.
