Chapter 18 (Aunty Delle)

Rapunzel's POV

Okay. Now I am confused.

What should I say to my parents? Should I just blurted out that I found my two lost cousins? Nah that'll be rude...

Hmm.... Small talk first? I guess so

I made my way to my dad's study. Yep, my parents are always there, I don't even know what they're doing.

My hand reach for the knob, I was about to turn it. But something's not right. They have guests I guess... But the voice it's just... So familiar... Who's the guest?

My eyes wondered to the keyhole. Well taking a little peak wont hurt right? I look to my right and left. Good.no one's there. I took a peak through the keyhole and I almost choked for what I saw.

Dad was there, with...my...aunt. Aunty Delle! THAT'S AUNTY DELLE! But where's uncle Delle and my mom... Weird... My mom's not there...

"Hey Rapunzel, what are you doing there?" I heard my mom said from behind me. Making my eyes widened. I got caught!

"Uhh... Nothing..? I was just about to get in" I said awkwardly. Oh no... She must have saw me peaking through the keyhole!

"Seriously?" My mom said sarcastically

"Fine you caught me" I pouted, then it hit me, aunty delle!!

"Hey mom who's our guest?" I asked cheerfully, jumping up and down like a children

"Why don't you come in and found that out yourself"

I squeled. I'm so happy for cousin Elsa and cousin Anna! But... What about... The thing they would left behind... UGH what's important now is telling my parents about this first.

My mom opened the door making my dad and our guest here stood up.

Yayy!! Aunty delle! It's really her!

I ran to Aunty Delle and hug her

"Oh aunty delle I miss you so much!" I said

"Oh rapunzel I miss you too" she said with that caring voice

~ a while after that ~

The four of us sit in a circle table-thing. I find it uncomfortable, I mean, I'm telling them the big news and all, but I'm the only kid here! All adults ugh.

"So.. After the earthquake, our mansion was thorn apart, nothing left inside there, just pieces of our mansion. My husband died saving me. All I have left is this locket with my husband's picture" she said sadly, "I didn't remember my daughter's names... Cause"

~ le flashback ~

"Okay, my wife, I don't know if we could survive this earthquake, but here, take this" he gave me a locket, "I don't know where our daughters are and--"

My husband looked up from me with eyes widened in terror, he suddenly pushed me aside making me hit my head hard.

I don't know, everything is happening in slow motion yet I was losing everything I have so quickly.

My eyes widened in terror as I saw my husband under a stone, really big one I may add.

"Just, save yourself, you maybe gind our daughters there" my husband said

I just nodded, and with tears streaming down my face I ran outside, I didn't want to waste my husband's sacrifice

But when I got outside, I can only see the maids, but my daughters aren't there...
