Ash, accompanied by his companions, Clemont, Bonnie and Serena, set out on a quest, to become the very best! But, there's..something strange going on with the young boy from Pallet Town..Ash isn't sure what this strange feeling is, and he's worried...
Episode 5: Because of that Meowstic! || Part 3 ———
Just Note: This episode will be short, like the last one, due to it being an ending to a part 3 story. The next one will be like the other stories, hope you understand c;

3'd person POV.
Ash bit his lip, he mumbled his response the second try, then lifted his head up, making direct eye contact with Team Rocket.
"Well!?" Jessie huffed annoyed, waiting for the raven-haired boys answer. The boy had a piercing look on his eyes as he fixed his cap, his mud-brown eyes staring down Team Rocket.
"I...I-I choose Hawlucha!" Ash yelled, which shocked everyone, especially Bonnie and Clemont, who were grasping onto each other with their dear lives. Ash grabbed Hawlucha's Pokéball from his belt, which he had been muttering a strategy to when he moved his cap over his eyes. He threw the Pokéball as far as he could, landing in the middle of Team Rocket as Hawlucha jumped out, cutting the restrains off from Serena, who had been sitting confused while all of this was taking place.
"Wha-Inkay! Use..Foul Play!" James yelled, Inkay obeying as it flew up to Hawlucha, ready to strike an attack.
"Hawlucha! Quick! Dodge the attack and free Serena!" He yelled, already rushing up to the truck to help. Hawlucha obeyed and did as his trainer said, rushing to Serena as fast as he could. Hawlucha helped Serena stand as he dodged another attack from Team Rocket, Meowth charging at Ash.
"GaahHHahhH!" Meowth yelled, Hawlucha pinning him down before he could strike his trainer. Clemont came rushing over as he attempted to help Meowstic, eventually freeing the Pokémon from it's restrains as it rushed over to Serena.
"Meowstic.." It said apologetically, giving her a hug in the middle of the intense battle. Serena smiled, and quickly returned the Pokémon's hug as she stood up, rushing over to Ash. Ash gabbed her hand and pulled her behind him, keeping his soul focus on the battle.
——— Serena's POV
I couldn't help but feel my heart flutter when Ash grabbed my hand, I know he was doing it for the soul purpose of keeping me safe, but it still made me happy when he did, he didn't take his eyes off his battle with Team Rocket, his grip tightening on my hand every time Hawlucha was hit. It made me tense, knowing this was clearly making Ash upset. Hawlucha did a damaging blow to Team Rocket as they flew up into the sky.
"This was your fault Jessie!" Meowth yelled.
"MY fault?? You were the one who agreed to it!" She complained.
"I just wanna go home..." James yelled, as they flew up into the sky.
"We're blasting off aagggaaiiinnnnnn!"
"Wobbuffet!"
Ash looked up as he sighed, I could clearly tell he had had enough of Team Rocket and there stupid plans. They never seemed to get to Ash like this, but now suddenly they seemed to be getting under his skin..
"I hate them.." He mumbled, turning towards me. "You okay Sere-"
Before Ash could finish, I wrapped him into a tight hug, I was thankful he didn't trade Pikachu, and I was happy I was with him now, I wouldn't have it any other way.
"Thank you, Ash.." I whispered into his ear, tightening my hug, my face flushing red. Ash simply smiled at me , he tightened his grip on me as well, burying his face into my shoulder.
"No.." He mumbled, so only me and him could hear. "Thank you." I felt bubbly inside when he said that, his grip wasn't loosening on me anytime soon, and I wasn't complaining. I suddenly felt like I could do anything, Ash was with me, and I felt like now would be a perfect time. I inhaled a deep breath, trembling slightly as I pulled the hug apart, he stared at me in a confused way, waiting for me to say something, I placed my arms behind my back, leaning my head in as I closed my eyes, a smile spreading across my face.
Do it now. I told myself. Inhaling again, I reached in and...

——— Ash's POV
I stood there, confused on why Serena had pulled the hug apart. Did I go too far? Maybe I should of been less protective.. I watched her inhale as she leaned in towards me, a small smile spreading across her face. I suddenly felt her lips against mine. I felt surprised, I never expected Serena to do something like this, she pulled away after around 5 seconds of this, looking at the ground in front of her, avoiding eye contact with me. I felt myself smile, pulling her back into a hug.
"Thank you..Serena.." I mumbled, I was unsure on why she kissed me, but I did enjoy it.
I felt her smile against my shoulder, she let out a slight giggle as she pulled the hug apart again.
"No." She said, biting her lip. "Thank you." ——— Bonnie and Clemont's POV (Yus, here we go..)
"Bonnie..would you care to..uh, do some explaining?" Clemont asked, looking over to his sister, who simply was just smiling at all of this.
"Words can not be used, brother.." She replied, elbowing Clemont in the side.
"Ouch!"
"That's what you get for being dense.."
"W-what do you mean?" Clemont questioned, rubbing his hip which she had elbowed.
Bonnie sighed, Dedenne watching through her bag. She yawned as she started to walk to there apartment, Clemont following her. "If you two are done, me and Clemont will be heading over to the apartment." She told them, smiling as she walked off with Clemont, clearly dumbfounded by all of this. She looked back to see them both staring at her, she simply shrugged, walking back, Clemont following closely behind her. Meowstic was following Bonnie, not really wanting to hang around Serena and Ash, afraid to cause anymore trouble.
And so, our hero's safely make it back to the apartment, Ash claiming another gym badge, while Bonnie's suspension's are proven correct. What will become of our hero's? What new things will they all face? As the journey continues!
