A/N: I just wanted to send out a brief message to the people reading and voting to say thank you! This is the most popular thing I've ever written, and it's awesome that you like it.

Stan's POV

There was some awkward tension in the room at that moment, that's for sure. We agreed to leave it for a different time though- aka, not in front of the girls.

Overnight as well as throughout the rest of that day, a bruise had formed on my cheek. It was swollen yesterday, but it's went down almost completely since then. Poor Tweek is even worse, not unexpectedly. But we're putting it behind us- it worked out anyways. It always does.

We're on our way, hiking as a class once more, on some nature tour. Basically we're just going through the woods and a forest ranger or something is telling us about the plants and animals. Kinda boring, but it's only the morning. We get a free afternoon, and with the sun beating down like it is now it should be fairly dry by then. For now the trail still has puddles here and there and mud is being tracked through.

"Stan, there you are." I hear someone say quietly. I see Wendy and Bebe, who made their way to my position. "Can I ask you something really quick?"

Don't tell me she knows, now. Are people still hearing this? "Sure. Fall back for a minute." I tell her, slowing down to fall behind the crowd of people. She does so with me. "What's up?" I ask once we're a safe distance away.

"First of all, what happened to your face?" She asks. Oh yeah.

"I tripped on steps going into my cabin and face planted the door." I lie to her. That's the story I've been going with.

"Oh," she replied. "Looks like it hurt."

"It did." I assure her. Not a lie, at least. "Hey, you haven't happened to have heard any rumours lately have you?"

"No, I mean not regarding you. Why, what happened?" Well at least I know I'm safe when it comes to that, I think once she replies.

"That's just it- nothing happened, and I want to make sure people know that. But, it was really far fetched anyways, so don't worry about it." I answer her. I hope she doesn't look into that, because she could probably find it. She's good with that type of stuff, and it can be kind of scary. "What was the other thing you wanted to ask me about?"

"Oh yeah," she recalls. "Look, this might seem crazy but trust me when I say I've given it a lot of thought." She tells. "I want to get back together, Stan."

"What?!" I stop in my tracks. She turns around and stands in front of me, and she's serious. "Wendy, you're with Token! You've almost been together for an entire year."

"That's nothing compared to our history." She takes a step closer and I take one back. No way am I taking her up on this. "You were right, I was too on and off. I want to try again. I tried to feel the same about Token as I did you but I couldn't, it was never the same. I made a mistake, Stan. I know I was young and I still am but I know what I want, and I want you."

"I..." I'm literally at a loss for words. This is the last thing I expected. I thought she still hated me, she was just more secluded about it.

The thing is, I really would kinda like to be an asshole right now and say, Fuck No, I was done with your bitch ass a long time ago. But of coarse, I take the high road when I say, "You can't have me, Wendy."

"Just, please, at least give it some thought." She tries to persuade me. This time it isn't going to work. Last time I didn't stand for her and I won't this time either.

"I'm sorry Wendy, but I'm confident in saying that I will never get back together with you, and I will not have to think about it."

"Stan, just listen-"

"You're too late. Even if I was still single I wouldn't take you back."

"Y-you're dating someone?"

Bitch I might be. I'm finished talking to her at this point though, so I push past her and head back to the group that we have fallen greatly behind. She calls after me, but I don't even have to look back. There's nothing more I can say, or do, or anything. I'm done here, I'm done with her, and there is nothing more that needs to be said.

Wait until Token hears this one.

I finally catch up to the group and don't hesitate for even a second to find Token. It isn't hard to point him out, and I walk up to his side. This might cause a scene, but it can't wait.

"Token, I need to tell you something. Right now." I grab his shoulder. He look over at me and stops.

"Sure, Stan. What is it?" He asks, looking slightly confused and curious.

"It's about Wendy." I start. "She just tried to ask me out, dude."

"What?" Token exclaims. As he does my face is stinging and in immense pain, and I look over at Wendy who caught up and stares angrily at me. She slapped me right on the bruised side of my face.

"How dare you accuse me of such things!" She yells. She turns around as someone taps her on the shoulder and immediately gets sucker-punched right in the face by Michelle. Wendy holds her face as she looks up with even more infuriated eyes. She knows- she can tell that it's Michelle.

"I'm not accusing you of anything! You told me that you wanted to get back together, and I rejected your sorry ass because I'm not about to get with someone who's ready to cheat on her current boyfriend for someone else."

"Wha... Wendy?" Token looks at her. I'm glad he isn't taking her side. It would make things that much harder. By now, also, everyone has stopped in their tracks to watch the unfolding scene. Wendy got punched, I got slapped, Token is being cheated on. What's not to see? Even the teacher and the forest ranger are looking with shocked and curious eyes.

"Token, Token I'm sorry-"

"Don't bother. I knew something was up with you." He cuts her off before she can finish her pity speech. "In case you haven't noticed, we're done." Token walks away with even more sass than I did. Wendy looks devastated. Awe, poor baby, maybe you shouldn't have been a backstabbing bitch.

"You know what Stan, I gave you quite the opportunity to upgrade from Michelle back there." Wendy says, glaring at Michelle. Oh, don't bring her into this garbage. Michelle is wide-eyed, and I can't think of what to say, so I just sort of stand with my mouth partially open while everyone looks at me expectantly.

"Eh! Shut the hell up, you fucking bitch!" Cartman breaks through the crowd, coming to stand at my side. "You're just a whore that can't get over the fact she doesn't get to play with her toys anymore." He accuses.

"Well you're an asshole who pretends to be nice to people! At least I don't lie about who I am you racist, nazi fattass!" She screams, poking him in the chest. He doesn't back down. Cartman is one of the tallest in our class, up the with Token, Craig, and I. He basically towers over her as he grabs her wrist and shoves her back.

"I don't pretend, Wendy. And even if I did I would still be better than you, because at least I would be tying to not be an asshole."

"You'd lose everyone!"

"I wouldn't. I'd lose no one, not even Kyle. He feels about me how Stan or Token will never feel about you. Get the fuck over it or find someone else to cry to, because no one here wants to hear it."

Once Cartman says this, Wendy is red in the face with anger and embarrassment. She turns around and storms off back the way we came to the campground. And no one is about to make her come back, not even the adults.

"Thanks, Cartman." I say to him. He turns to face me and puts a hand on my shoulder with a comforting smile.

"That's what friends are for, Stan." He goes back over to where he came from and the crowd disperses and we start again on the hike, and this time I walk next to Michelle without hesitation. Secret's out, I don't care anymore. And neither does she as she leans into me as I put my arm around her shoulders.
