Chapter 15

Kanata's POV
'Ok so I've decided, I'll confess to Ako today. Hope she doesn't reject me. Well I did hear the recording Yume made me hear, but I want to hear Ako say that in person.'
So my plan is that I'll take Ako's number from Yume, send her a message telling her to meet me somewhere and confess there, hopefully making her my girlfriend.'
Ako's POV
I opened my phone and saw a message from an unknown person.
"Dear Ako,
I love you....
I hope I can see you today near the bridge between the girls and boys section at 7:30 pm so I can tell you my feelings face to face."
My face became red when I finished reading the message.
As I thought about it more, I got more curious to know who is the person that sent me the love message.
~Time skip until 7:20~
I saw the time and I was getting nervous about knowing who's the person that wanted to confess to me. I mean like if I don't like him how am I supposed to reject him?

As soon as I reached the bridge I saw a figure by the tree and gasped as soon as I knew who the figure is.
How could it be?
Him?
He is the last person I would think would send me such a message?
M4's Kanata Kira is the one that wants to confess to me?!?!
Like he's got so MANY other girls out there that are better than me. So why ME of all people??!!

Kanata's POV
Since the second I hit send, nervousness took over me.
Because I was nervous I arrived near the bridge at 7:00. For 25 minuets no one showed up then I saw a figure approaching me.
With every second that passed and every step that person took I got more and more nervous.
Then the person that was out of the shadows it was her, she came. Ako's here.
I saw her gasp, I wondered, is she thinking how she can reject me?
I was lost in my thoughts and didn't notice that she was standing in front of me.
"Senpai" She said that made me jump back to reality.
"Y-ya" I stuttered. Good job Kanata.
"Um. Are you the one that sent this?" She asked showing me the message.
"Honestly I don't know where to start, so I'll go straight to the point............ A-ako I l-love you. Will y-you b-be my g-g-girlfriend?" I said and asked. Hopefully she doesn't reject me.
"R-really?" Was all I heard from her.
"What do you mean?" I asked without stuttering.
"There are so many girls out there that are better than me, prettier than me, I'm just average tell me why it's me? Tell me you aren't playing with my feelings..." She said tearing up.
"I'm not playing with your feelings." I said.
"Y-you m-mean it?" She asked and a tear fell from her eye.
"Ya." I said in a low tone and started leaning in, making the distance between us become shorter.
Her lips touched mine. Just as expected they were soft, warm and sweet.
Ako's POV
I saw him leaning in, getting closer until he closed the gap between us. His lips were so soft and warm. Then a pair of arms circled my waist.
10 seconds later he broke the kiss and put our foreheads together and looked straight into my eyes.
I couldn't hold back anymore...
"I love you too. And I would love to be your girlfriend Kanata-senpai." I said.
"Good."He said and kissed me on the lips again.
"And something else." He said.
I gave him a questioning look, but didn't say anything.
"No more Kanata-senpai. Just Kanata. Try saying it, it's not that hard." He said.
I blushed.
"K-kan-nat-ta." I stuttered.
"Say it as one word kitty." He said teasingly.
"Kanata." I said facing the other way.
"Good job." He patted my head and stole a quick kiss from my lips.
"Yay." I heard someone shout.
"Kanako finally happened." Another one shouted.
"Hey I thought we weren't supposed to show ourselves." Another one said in a low tone.
"Well change of plans." One of them shouted.
I turned around to see my friends Yume, Mahiru, and Laura.
"H-how much did you guys see?" I asked.
"Let me think since the~.... beginning of the conversation." Mahiru said.
"Now we have something to tease you about even when you're dying." Laura said.
"Take care of her Kanata-senpai, okay." Yume said.
I think I saw Kanata looking at Yume with a death glare, maybe just my imagination.

Yume's POV
"Aikatsu.. Aikatsu.. Aikatsu.." I said as I was jogging.
I stopped by a bench and drank some water then someone came towards me.
"Hey." A green-haired boy said.
"Hello Kanata-senpai." I said.
"No ones here." He said.
"Just being cautious." I replied.
"You know what you did today... Well I'll be killing you for it later on when we're not in public." He said giving me the death glare.
"What do you mean?..... oh me spying on you and Ako." I said.
"Yes, as a revenge I'll make sure to embarrass you on your wedding day... if that ever happens of course." He said taking out a picture from his pocket.
"Y-you still have it." I said.
"Of course, how else would I tease you?" He asked.
"Give it to me." I demanded.
"Nope."He said.
"Now." I said.
"No sorry." He said walking away waving it.
"You. You. I'll get you one day." I shouted.
"I'll be waiting." He said sarcastically.
