The Entry Test

It was an important day for the people that wanted to attend Ryoku Academy. The day of the Entry Test, the courtyard was crowded with 1,000's of determined students waiting to take the test. The Entry test consists of a simulated test and outdoor activities. They've organized the test by giving each student their own number and of course they can't test 1,000 people in one day so the entry test is available for 4 days. Each day the staff test 250 students and to save time they split the students in 2 separate groups. One group is going to do the outside activities while the other does the simulations. Then when they get done with one test they will switch over to the test. One of the students taking the test was Naenae Atsuko that was walking to one of the many simulation rooms that the school had. She stepped into the room and wait for her orders from on the operators "okay Ms. Atsuko you are taking the simulated version the entry test. Keep in mind everything that's happening around you is not real." One of the operators said. Naenae nodded her head as she withdraws one of her pistols. "The task for this simulation is to defeat 4 Husk monsters 3 smalls ones and one boss Husk. We can end the simulation if you feel like it's too much for you all you got say is "Mercy" is that okay with you?" He asks her. "I'm okay with that, start up the simulation "She said looking at the operator with a smirk on her face. "Ready up simulation Number 1" The operator said.

The room that Naenae was in turned to a dark forest and only light that was available was the full moon. Naenae roamed the forest looking for husks to encounter and soon enough 3 husk wolves rushed in surrounding her. Naenae jumped in the air creating an ice sword from her own hands using her pistol while airborne she shot one of the wolves dead in the eye while landing she sliced one wolf arm off. Then the one eyes wolf Howled in pain as it charged at knocking her pistol out her hand, so she used her sword to slice the wolf head clean off which cause it to go up in dust. As for the one arm wolf, it ran towards her on two feet howling at her so she made a clone of herself which went behind the wolf and both the clone and naenae impaled the wolf causing it to turn into dust as well. For the last Wolf, it tackled her pinning her down to the ground causing her clone to disappear. The wolf was growling at her and trying to bite her head off but luckily for her, she was in arms reach of her pistol so she grabbed it and shot the wolf in the head causing it to stumble back. In that window of opportunity she created a floor of ice shards on the ground that impaled the wolf killing him. She took a deep sigh and put her pistol back in her holster and continued walking looking for the last Husk. Then that's when she heard a very loud banshee scream coming from her general direction. The scream only became louder when a scorpion husk emerged from the shadows letting out another banshee scream. So Naenae wasted no time she did her special move blizzard of Isolation that caused her to create a blizzard around her opponent to which he or she couldn't see. She made several clones of herself and struck the scorpion in different places. As for the scorpion, it used its tail to get rid some the clones, while distracted she created a floor of ice freezing the scorpion in place. From behind Naenae created another ice sword to slice the scorpion stinger off causing its venom to spray everywhere which caused her to jump out the way. Then for her final blow, she froze the scorpion entirely, while it was frozen she created an ice missile launcher and fired it at the scorpion causing it to explode turning it into snowflakes.

"well done Ms. Atsuko you did a very excellent job on the simulated test," The operator said as people were taking down her score. "Thank you sir I tried my best" She with a warm smile. "You may proceed outside where a person will escort you to the outside test" he said to her as he prepared for the next the student. "Okay" so she stepped outside where a lady was wearing a tracksuit with her dark red hair in a ponytail was waiting on her. "So your Naenae Atsuko?" she said looking down at her clipboard. "Yeah, that's me". "Okay follow me ma'am" The lady said as they both walk to the gym which in the back of the school. The outdoor test had some few running activities set up. "Alright Ms. Atsuko you will be taking the 2 Mile race and after that you will be taking the obstacle race" The lady said as she put Naenae in a group of people that were taking the 2-mile test first. The students had a 5 minute warm up so Naenae and the other students start doing legs warm-ups. Once the students got in their places Aiko Shimada a teacher that was scoring the students got their attention "Alright kids listen up the if you complete the 2 mile you will advance to the last part of the outside activity. Depending if you the Completed simulation test you may go home and we will send you a letter in the mail letting you know if you made it in the school or not, do I make myself clear?" she stated as she held her hand in the air. "On your mark, Get set, GO!" she let hand down as the student began running for their lives. Naenae had her mind focused on the end goal until someone came and shoved her to the side. "Move out my way" A with dark hair said wearing a black jogging suit. "Playing dirty are we? so be it" Naenae Said as running faster to catch up to the male that shoved her. "Inferno keep your hands to yourself as for your punishment fall back for 20 seconds" Aiko said as she watched him on a tablet that was on a table. So the red hair male stopped waited for 20 seconds and Naenae had passed him and continued running.

~A little time skip~

Later each student crossed the finished line of the 2-mile race and went on to the obstacle race where there were tunnels, walls monkey bars etc. "Alright students welcome to the final part of the Outside test the obstacle race! Of course it's pretty simple you will go first run avoiding the potholes then you will go across the monkey bars after that you will go through a tunnel where objects will be flying in your direction in this case its water balloons. After that you will climb a 25ft wall you will run again to the finish line" Ms. Aiko said. "Well this sucks for the short people that have to climb the wall" A guy said wearing an eye patch with black and white hair. "Don't worry the wall has a rope attached to it so it will be easier from them" Aiko replied to Azrael statement. "With that being said get your starting positions for the race" She said as the students went to their starting place. Naenae was in front of the race since she finished the 2-mile in first place. Aiko held her hand in the air. "On your mark, Get set, GO!" she let hand down as the student began running avoiding the potholes that were in the ground. Even though some of the students were tripping one after another. As for Naenae she used her acrobatic skills to avoid most of the hole and continued running. Soon the students came to the monkey bars which was difficult for the people that don't have the upper body strength. Azrael knocked Naenae out of first place as he got through the monkey bars like it was nothing and the same thing for Inferno. But she didn't give up she pushed herself and caught up to both of them. " Looks like Azrael and Inferno is giving Naenae a run her money." Aiko. "Don't get your hopes up here comes another guy that's catching up to them." One of the judges said as a male with dread was approaching them at maximum speed. "Hey guys what's up the names Jc, You don't mind if I take first place do ya......you don't okay see ya" Jc said as he ran in front of Naenae and the others but he got smacked headfirst into a water balloon. "Well that happened as Naenae was jumping over Jc body and dodged Water balloons left and right coming out the tunnel dry. Then she came across the wall and immediately she grabbed a rope and began to climb up and with Azrael on the right of her. "You're determined aren't you?" He said as managed to climb ahead of her. Naenae didn't say anything so she just continued climbing. "pleading the 5th?" He said to her and next thing he realized that he fell behind her and she was close to the top of the wall. Naenae Waited a bit for Azrael. "I'm not determined this is just a school I have to go to" She said as she stepped a few steps back to run and took a leap of faith so she can finish the race in 1st place. Azrael was there to witness the jump and though she was insane but it turned out she was perfectly fine so he jumped down the wall as well and ran to finish the race. It was a very close race but Naenae finished the race in 1st place and everyone behind her finished the race slowly after. 

"Congrats on finishing the outside part of the Entry test, If you finished the Simulated test you may go home. As for the ones that didn't complete the simulation test an escort will take you to the simulation build where you can test the test. So with the that being said good luck and enjoy the rest of your day." Aiko said as she prepped the course for the next wave of students. Naenae took a deep breath and let out a silent sigh as she made her and a few other students made their way to the entrance of the school. "Well since I'm all done with the entry test I'll guess I can go home"  She thought to herself as she began walking home.
