Chapter Twenty

Rylee's POV (The rest of the story will be in hers.)

I just woke up from a nap, when Cam and I got back from the hospital we decided to rest.. at least I did but he's not in the bed with me.

I get up to go pee, I  open the bathroom door and see Cam completely naked. "Omg, I'm sorry." I blush but don't hesitate to check him out.

"Don't be sorry baby girl, just come in." he wraps the towel around his waist and I walk over to him, kissing him on the cheek.

"I don't know Cam I just got pretty wet." I grab the top of the towel. "I think I'm going to take a shower." I take off my shirt and shorts.

"Rylee." Cam's eyes darken. "Don't be a tease." 

I giggle, "A tease? Never babe." I slip into the shirt he brought in and go pee.

"That's not funny you know, you make me so hard." he groans.

"Aww baby." I wash my hands and then walk up to him. "Do you need me to take care of you?" I smirk.

"Ry, I'm not gonna make you do something you don't want to do." his gaze on me is intense.

"I want you to be happy though."

"Well I'm not happy unless you are and you have been through a lot in this past week and I'm not about to let you do something you'll regret just because you aren't thinking straight right now."

I groan and just push past him to go grab my cell phone, who is he to say that its something I'll regret I can make my own decisions.

I grab my phone and throw on some shorts and I'm out the door. I check my phone and have a text message from Kate... finally someone is deciding to talk to me. We can't be friends anymore, I'm sorry. What the fuck? I decided to call her but it goes straight to voice-mail, why is everyone pushing me away? I try to hold the tears in my eyes as I walk to the elevator.

Once it opens I see Krista and Jacob. They seem to really be enjoying each other's company.

"Hey you okay?" Krista ask, worry in her voice. "Jacob, Rylee and I are gonna go talk." she says.

"Okay, I'll go see what Cameron is up to." Jacob says.

I get into the elevator with Krista and we ride up to the roof top. The view is spectacular.

"Its so pretty up here." Krista says.

"It is." I look around at all the buildings. "Its better at night time though."

"I bet. So tell me why do you look so sad." Usually I don't share my problems  with just anyone but I feel like I can trust Krista.

"Well I lost my boyfriend last week because I'm pretty sure he was cheating on me with my best friend who I also lost, then I find out that my mom is- she's dead." I start crying and Krista gives me a hug. "And Cam keeps acting like he knows what I need when he doesn't!' It felt good getting this all off my chest.

"Sounds like you've had an awful week, I say we have a girls day just you and me. We'll go eat ice cream and get our nails done and shop, okay?"

I sniffle, "That sounds like fun."
