WE'RE SOULMATES?!

~ CHAPPIE 1 ~

MARINETTE POV

"MARINETTE! WAKE UP! YOUR'E GOING TO BE LATE!" Tikki screamed in my ear. I woke up and screamed at the sudden voice. Tikki giggled. I groaned and got dressed. I realized that today is my 16th birthday and I squealed! TODAY I WOULD GET MY SOULMATES MARK!!!!!

Soulmates mark is a tattoo you get on your body when you turn 16! It gives you a hint to who your soulmate is.

I got a cookie for Tikki, and a croissant for me. "Bye Maman! Bye Papa!" I kissed them goodbye and headed out for school.

"Gurl! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Alya screamed and ran at me. She was older than me, so she already got her mark. Adrien, Alya, Nino, and I agreed to show each other our marks on my birthday since I was the youngest.

"You ready to see everyone's mark?" Alya asked me. "No!! What if it's not Adrien?..." I whispered the last part. "Chill, It's ok! Let's go find them!" Alya grabbed my arm and we went to find Nino and Adrien.

"Happy Birthday duddette!" Nino said to me. "Thanks!" I smiled at him. "Yeah, Happy Birthday Marinette!" Adrien told me. "Th-thanks A-adrien!!" I stammered. Curse my stammering!

"Are y'all ready to show each other??" Adrien asked us. "YEAH!" We all answered. "Ok... who goes first??" Alya asked. "Let's let Marinette choose who goes first? It is her birthday." Nino shrugged. "Yeah! So who goes first Marinette?" Alya asked. "Nino...?" I said.

Nino turned over his arm to his wrist, and there was a computer on it. "Ooh..." Alya said. "Who goes next?" Adrien asked and looked at me. I blushed and stammered "y-you...." "Ok!" Adrien smiled and pulled up his sleeve. "A seeing needle..." I thought. "This probably isn't me... Probably some rich designer...." I thought with a sad face. "Hey, you ok Mari?" Adrien asked. "WHAT M-ME? NAH I'M OK-A! I-I MEAN U-UH A-OK!" I stuttered... A LOT. "Ok?" Adrien confusingly laughed.

"So who goes next?" Alya asked me. "Y-you.." I said. Alya pulled down her top left part if her shirt to show here shoulder. There was a pair of headphones on it. Adrien and I looked at each other and smirked. Alya and Nino's Soulmate marks glowed. They looked at each other and their eyes widened. "Well we are done! CONGRATS DJWIFI!" I said getting ready to run off before they could make me show mine, but Alya grabbed my hand and pulled me back. "First of all, who is 'DJWIFI'? And second of all, You still need to show your soulmates mark!" Alya told me.

I sighed and told them "I don't know where mine is..." Alya looked at me. "Tilt your head." I was confused, but did as I was told. "Found it! It's a lime green cat paw?" She looked confused. Adrien's eyes widened and he blushed. "U-uh I-i gotta go..." Adrien said fast and left.

"Gurl i'm sorry..." Alya told me. "but why did he just run away?..." I asked mostly to myself as Alya shrugged. "I'm gonna go find him..." I said leaving Alya and Nino. I headed towards the locker rooms but he wasn't there... I checked all over the school and still couldn't find him. "guess I'll look outside the school." I shrugged.

I started heading to the park to see if he was at a photo shoot. I was on my way and I saw... "Chat Noir?" I questioned and he saw me. "Is there an akuma attack?!" I panicked. HOW COULD I NOT KNOW?! "U-um h-hey Marinette... but n-no...." He said and looked scared. 'That's weird... He didn't call me 'purrincess'....' I thought to myself. "Uh... Chat? You ok?..." I asked him worried. "YEAH? TOTALLY! HA HA HA! bye!" "Wait Chat!" It was too late, he had already left.

ADRIEN POV

When Marinette showed us her soulmates mark, my eyes widened and I stopped breathing. 'LIME GREEN CAT PAW?! That's Chat.... which means.... I'M HER SOULMATE?!!!!' I thought scared. Plagg came out of my pocket and flew next to me. "Told you y'all were meant or each other!" Plagg laughed. "Not now Plagg!" I said aggravated. I ran into an alleyway and transformed. "PLAGG! CLAWS OUT!"

I was hopping on rooftops near the park until I heard a voice. "Chat Noir?!" I knew that voice... Marinette. I slowly turned around. "Is there an akuma attack?!" She looked scared. "U-um h-hey Marinette... but n-no...." I stuttered and rubbed the back of my neck. She asked me if I was ok and I felt my mark start to glow, and saw hers start to glow, so I panicked... "YEAH? TOTALLY! HA HA HA! bye!" I sprinted across the rooftops and heard "Wait Chat!" "I'm sorry Princess... I'm just not ready yet..." I whispered to myself.

Hey guys!! I hope you like my new Story!!! I have been writing this chances I get in school!!! I started it in 8th grade sometime and now im a month into 9th grade XD So I will post the first three chapters today!! I'm still working on the fourth chapter though! Love you guys!!
