Chapter One
Hogwarts Express
James (Point Of View)
I sat at the back of the train waiting for my friends Remus, Sirius, and Peter. I went to the window and saw Sirius with his brother and Mother. Then I saw Peter waving goodbye to his Mother. They both got on the train when Remus toppled over his luggage,and plain old self hopped up just in time to stop the train. Remus got one with no broken bone and everything was safe. I wanted to see if Lily was on the train, but as usual she is the first one on. All my buddy's sat down hoping the relationship between me and Lily Evans was working .
" Tell us James have you seen her out of school?" says Sirius as he bumped my shoulder.
"No,and you guys I don't think she is ever going to fall for a
dofus like me."I say gloomy
"Your not a dofus James,just be strong and believe in what you can do." says Peter
"Uh,Peter that was nice and all, but I think I'll go my own way with Lily." I say
"Oh, okay."
"Hey Remus," says Siruis," what's going to happen this year with your werewolf powers."
"Uh, I don't know, but I do know i'm still going to need your guys help."
"Okay, we can do that." says Sirius
After eating Chocolate Frogs and Every Flavor Of Jellybeans; we changed into our Hogwarts robes.After about an hour Peter fell asleep, and Sirius hid behind a curtain while we snickered.
"Boo!" Sirius yelled
"Wha..What!" Peter said groggily
We all except Peter laughed at the sight of Peter looking so confused. About a minute later I saw Lily Evans and her pretty red hair. She waved at me and I waved back, but I still had this instinct that she would not like me. I turned back around and saw the guys snickering at me,and doing stuff that mimicked me.
"What on earth are you doing!" I say
"Mimicking you." Siruis said
"Ugh...why?"
"It's fun." said Remus
About and hour of mimicking and looking back at Lily; we got to Hogwarts with pouring rain. I looked at Lily with her friends,and saw her laughing. She turned around and saw me,and I smiled with a small wave of my hand. She smiled and waved just like on the train. Why was I having this instinct in my gut?
