HIDDEN FEELINGS

Checking the time on watch I realized it was 6:30 pm, my face flushed red noticing how late I actually was ,' "I can't believe am late again ."murmur to my self I had promised my friend Anna that would be at her house by 5:00pm this afternoon .

She asked me to accompany her at her family dinner since her aunt Amy was coming home after 2 years of being on duty she was finally coming home and since Emily was busy with something to night she asked me to fill in for her
Plus Anna insisted I come since she was petrified of her aunt ...

Amy Stone hold was army general in the US Army this meant she spent of time off on missions and battle field this meant that Anna's family would take years before seeing her so it was a major celebration whenever she came home her dark brown hair was always secured in the burn her muscular build always scared people but her eyes were a gentle grey that always calmed people down apart from being strict auntie Amy was OK and so everyone would excited for her home coming since she always came with gifts for all of us but Anna had always been afraid of her so it made sense for me to accompany her

Finally reaching the Grocery shop I pull the list out of my pocket double checked it

Two cans of baked beans
Two cans of tinned tomatoes
2kg of rice
One large tin of mashed potatoes
Greens
I turkey
Spring onions
Red cabbage
1kg of pork
Sodas
Apples
Apple cider
Chicken
Eggs
Garlic
Bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Green papers and carrots
Curry powder
Pasta
Beers and wines

Long right ,well like said auntie Amy coming home was kinda a big deal so Anna's mum and father always put up all stops to make sure she has best visit ever

I walk in the grocery and picked all the vegetable items on list once done I come out of shop ,to enter the supermarket which right opposite the grocery went straight to Aisle filled with all the things left on my list
.
Finally done I carry all my groceries too car placing them carefully in the boot of the car I double checked the list one more time to make sure I had everything before shutting boot door shut and head to front of car where I sat in drivers seat and drove to Anna's house .

Arriving there Anna's mum and Anna immediately came towards car before standing right in front me

How can we help? They asked

Yes you can I respond as I made my way to boot of car , opening up to reveal the bags of groceries I reach in with my hands and take out one bag of groceries place it Anna's hands and she continues into house I get out the next bag of groceries and had it to Miss Ashley Reyes Anna's mum ,who follows her daughter into house pick up the rest of groceries into my hands shut the boot , locked the car and head in after them

Finally in walk-in into most Taste full and classy living room I had never set my eyes on which made sense since Anna's mum was interior designer chef at same time a model while her dad was Scott Reyes the artitect he had designed and built all most famous buildings of all time he also doubled
as business man importing things from Japan China USA , Great Britain and so many more .

It was very artistic and visual are shaped white clieng with holes gave the room UFO kinda of vibe but very artistic and functional at same time with black white sofa that went around the room in center was black circular coffee table on it were fresh apples and pairs in white bowl with TV remote at its side the room sitted on grey rustic wooden floor
Completed by a fire place covered in black imported fire resistant glass above it's mantle were festive Christmas decorations and two pair of festive socks that had been hanged elegantly the rest of the house had been decorated with Christmas ornaments up to spiral staircase giving their home a festive glow
