Once upon a concert (LiamPayne)

Chapter 7

Maggy's POV

I'm starting to feel special. Somehow, I felt like I can be worthy of somebody's time and attention.

But really, it's all moving so fast. I don't know him. I don't know a lot about him, the real him. All I know is that he's Liam Payne of One Direction and he's..OMG! He's got a friggin girlfriend and he's flirting with me!

"Oh god forgive me for I have sinned"

I closed my eyes as I said.

He tapped my arm and I jerked it away.

"Uh. did i do something wrong?"

I looked at him as if i'm trying to study him.

"you.are.such.an.ass! You have a girlfriend and you're doing this?"

He laughed with what i said and gave me a "bro-punch" in the arm. What's wrong with what I said?! He's a god damn cheater and he's happy about it?!

"can i at least introduce myself? I mean the real "myself" to you before you say that?"

I really felt so suspicious but I gave him a slight nod and he started telling me everything about him.

Liam's POV

She gave me a slight nod and I felt a bit conscious with the way she looks at me.

I let out a deep breath before I started.

"I'm Liam James Payne. I'm from the United Kingdom and I'm 20. My dad's name is Geoff, my mom is Karen. I have 2 sisters. I started to audition for the x-factor when i was 14 but i did not make it because i was too young so i came back when i was 16 and yeah. i made it"

She shifted from her sitting position and laid her back on the blanket.

"yeah. continue"

She smiled at me and I continued telling her my story.

"I'll just skip the x-factor part okay? but that was where One direction started so..yeah. Uhm, i'm not this guy. I'm not perfect. I'm not Liam "Perfect" Payne. I'm just a simple guy who wishes to have a simple life but i guess i'll never have it so now, i'm just trying to live it. I may have asked for a good life but not like this, you know. Not the one where people would know every move i make and not where people would expect everything i do is right. I'm not perfect, and the guys are not perfect too. We're just normal guys and we make mistakes like normal people too. We wish for everybody to be happy but they always find something to throw to our faces and saying we're doing it wrong. Danielle.."

She closed her eyes and smiled.

"Danielle is your girlfriend right?"

"No. She WAS my girlfriend. She chose to leave me because she has dreams too. She has dreams to chase and I was ruining it. I mean, I was not ruining it but I'll be holding her back from it if i keep her longer so i guess it was better like this. She chose to leave and I'm not keeping her because she's worthy of the life that she hopes for. I don't belong there tho"

She held my hand and I looked at her still with eyes closed.

"You know Liam? I heard a few but it's like i've known you forever. You're a normal guy too and you do normal things like normal people do. You deserve to be happy so you don't have to mind the people around you. Just do what you think.is right and the real fans will accept it"

Its heart-warming to hear her say those words and I just can't put into words the happiness I felt when finally, she knows what I am behind the shitty identity i keep in front of everybody.

Maggy's POV

I feel sorry for him. He's a great guy but yeah.. he's famous and once you are famous? People will throw bad things to you to ruin you.

He looked at me with a genuin smile on his face. Priceless smile indeed.

"Uhm. Well Can I atleast know the real girl in front of me too?"

I let out a chuckle and sit up straight.

"First of all, this is me. The real me. I never pretended to be somebody else, because like what I said, peoplr who REALLY love me will accept me for me"

It felt tad a bit awkward because he's staring at me face and i really feel like..uhhh no. I sure look like a dimwit with this messy hair and messy clothes..and messy face -_-

"can you just look at the sky and not my face because i know i look like crap"

He smiled and shook his head.

"No. You're perfect"

I pat his forehead and he laughed at my gesture. He just have to follow what i say so i wouldn't physically abuse him -____-

"Dont look at my face okay? or I'll slap you this time"

He gave a nod and lie down on the blanket with his hands behind his head.

"I'm Maggy. Maggy Harris. I was born here and when I was 2 I was sentt to the Philippines because my grandmom, moms mom died and we stayed there for 3 years because.mom fixed all the papres.for whatever it was. i didn't have an idea"

He stared at me with confusion clear in his eyes and his eyebrows.

"uh. yes I'm a Filipina. My mom is a Filipina and she married my American dad so that makes me a Filipino-American. I know a bit of tagalog so I could curse you in that language anytime I want!"

I smiled and he smiled.

"well now my mom and dad is over because my dad wanted to come back here and my mom wants us to not come back anymore so dad took us back here and left mon there and here we are. I don't know what else to say but I think you know where my bravery comes from. hahahaha. i'm a filipina and that makes me a brave one"

He sat down and got a chocolate drink from the basket he brought.

"want some?"

I accepted the drink and watched the orange skies with him.

"I'm really glad and pleased to meet you Liam Payne"

I said without looking at his face. Just looking straight to the wonderful view in fron of us.

"I am more than pleased to meet you Maggy Harris. I hope one day we'll see each other again. And I saved my # in your phone by the way just in case you want some handsome guy to talk to"

I slapped his face jokingly and he laughed at it.

"3 more hours and were going to leave Californina. Can I take you with me?"

I widened my eyes at him and waited for him to laugh. but he did not. he's not kidding?! :O

Hi guys! The chapter is nganga but I habe to put this one so you'd know that they were able to know something about themselves after everything that happened and WILL happen :))
