Naruto and sakura are in a relationship and Naruto now knows fully well that sakura will never really love him so he decided to take it upon himself to end it all with a performance and a local diner that allows anyone to sing.

Naruto sighed as he sat in a large booth at the back across the stage with all his friends, at the table naruto and sakura sat together at the edge, Sakura looking bored the whole time and taking few glances at Sasuke who sat a seat down from her with hinata in the middle, shikamaru sat in the corner with temari, Neji and Tenten sat at the opposite edge taking shots that the back bar offered.
As everyone finally started eating and took some drinks, the host of the diner started to announce a few things. "Well we have a new singer for today, bot or usual singer but this person wanted to do it for free so we said of course, Can that singer please come to the stage?" Naruto quickly stood up and walked up to the very small stage.
"Well, I hope this doesn't end in tears from anyone but im doing this to get everything off my chest." Naruto mumbled into the mic, enough for everyone to hear, The group looked at Naruto confused.
Naruto looked at Sakura who made eye contact and her eyes widened realizing the song was meant for her, she shrunk into the seat not wanting attention and not to embarrass herself in front of everyone if he sung horribly.
Sasuke looked at Naruto confused, Sasuke was the only person in the world who new how good Naruto can sing so he sat up straight knowing something was about to go down.
Naruto was handed a guitar that embarrassed Sakura more, 'what if he's horrible at that to?!' Sakura mentally screamed taking a shot to ease her senses.
Naruto took a deep breath and finally strung the guitar as a soft melody appeared through the room.

'And I hate... To say I love you...'
Sakura shot up in her seat at the voice.
'When it's so... Hard for me...'
"That's my boyfriend." Sakura announced, but pulled down by sasuke who panicked knowing the song.
'And I hate... To say I want you.'
Everyone looked at her in pity.
'When you make it so clear... You don't want me...'
"Pay attention idiot" Hinata hissed.
'I'd never ask you... 'Cause deep down im certain... I know what you say.'
"You just embarrassed yourself." Neji chuckled out.
'You'd say I'm sorry... Believe me, I love you... But not in that way.'
Sakura sat down finally understanding.
'And I hate... To say i need you...'
Naruto teared up.
'Im so reliant, im so dependent, im such a fool.'
Naruto looked at her in pain.
'When you're... Not there... I find myself singing the blues... Cant bear... Can't face the truth.'
Sakura held her mouth in shock.
'You will never... Know that feeling... You will never... See through these eyes.'
Sasuke chuckled at Sakura amusingly
'I'd never ask you... 'Cause deep down I'm certain... I know what you'd say.'
Sasuke stood up and walked to Naruto to help if needed.
'You'd say im sorry... Believe me I love you... But not in that way.'
Naruto stood up with Sasuke by his side.
'You'd say im sorry... Believe me I love you... But not in that way.'
Naruto strung the final chords and walked by the host to give the guitar back and walked out the door with sasuke following behind closely.
"Well... You finally figured it out. Huh." Sasuke said as he punched Naruto's arm softly. "Yup. AND that's the first time i sang in front of everyone."
